Background:Diabetic Kidney Disease is a serious complicatio n of diabetes.About 40%of diabetic patients can develop to diabet ic nephropathy[3].Therefore,early detection and active intervention in diabetic nephropathy are of great significance for controlling or delaying the development of kidney damage. In this study,by exam ining the relationship between glycated hemoglobin?HbA1c?,urine protein?U-PRO?and glomerular filtration rate?GFR?,we explored t he possible relationship between glycated hemoglobin levels and ear ly renal impairment. Objective:To study the routine blood test indexes of patients with type 2 diabetes:Correlation between glycated hemoglobin, blood glucose, blood lipids, glomerular filtration rate and urine protein. To explore whether it is possible to detect early diabetic kidney function damage through routine testing indicators.Provide advice for early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of diabetes and nephropathy. Methods:Collect clinical data and of patients with type 2 diabetes?T2DM?hospitalized in our hospital?Hengdong County People's Hospital?from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019,screen the clinical data of eligible patients, and finally include the cases 379 cases. All the research subjects collected general data such as age, sex, course of disease, etc.,all of them were taken for fasting venous blood to detect glycated hemoglobin, blood sugar, blood lipids, creatinine, and retained urine for preliminary detection of urine protein and other indicators.According to the test results of HbA1c,the patients were divided into groups,HbA1c<8%was the group of acceptable blood glucose control,HbA1c?8%was the group of poor blood glucose control. At the same time, the patients were divided into two groups according to the results of urine albumin, namely urine protein?-?group and urine protein?+?group.SPSS18.0 was used for data statistical analysis.Results:?1?Data comparison between HbA1c<8%group and HbA1c?8%group:fasting blood glucose of HbA1c<8%group is4.9mmol/l lower than HbA1c?8%;GFR of HbA1c<8%group is lower than HbA1c?8%group 14.07ml/?min·1.73??);total cholesterol in HbA1c<8%group is 0.35mmol/l lower than HbA1c?8%group;low density lipoprotein in HbA1c<8%group is 1.0mmol/higher than HbA1c?8%group l.The HbA1c<8%group had a creatinine value 5.0umol/l higher than the HbA1c?8%group.There were no statistical differences in urine protein, triglycerides, and high-density lipoprotein between the two groups.?2?Data comparison between urine protein positive group?+?and urine protein negative group?-?:the GFR of the urine protein?+?group was 28.30ml/?min·1.73??lower than that of the urine protein?-?group.The creatinine of the urine protein?+?group was 19umol/l higher than that of the urine protein?-?group.Triglycerides in urine protein?+?group were 0.36 mmol/l higher than urine protein?-?group;total cholesterol in urine protein?+?group was 0.18 mmol/l higher than urine protein?-?group;there was no statistical difference between the two groups in fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, low density lipoprotein, and high density lipoprotein.Conclusion:1.HbA1c can reflect early renal damage to a certain extent, and assist in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.2.HbA1c was positively correlated with fasting blood glucose?r=0.684P<0.001?.3.Controlling blood lipid levels in patients with type 2 diabetes is essential to delay the development of diabetic nephropathy.
