Object:(1)Observe the impact of asthma on children's psychological behavior;(2)Observe the effect of parental manipulation on the psychological behavior of children with asthma;(3)Observe the impact of parental manipulation on parental anxiety and depression level,and initially explore the family The relationship between the anxiety and depression levels of massage parents and the psychological behavior of asthma children.Methods:A total of 60 children aged 2-6 years in asthma remission and 30 healthy children aged 2-6 were recruited in communities and hospitals.In addition to healthy children(normal control group n=30),children with asthma remission were randomly divided into asthma control group(n=30)and asthma massage group(n-30)using random number table.After removing the shedding cases,there were 27 normal control group,26 asthma control group and 27 asthma massage group.Parents who participated in the study filled out the behavior scale of preschool children aged 2-6 years and recorded the score.At the same time,parents of the asthma massage group were selected to fill out the anxiety and depression scale and recorded the score.Results:(1)The clinical efficacy of the three groups of participants:Before the intervention:the difference between the total score of the normal control group and the astlunatic children was statistically significant(p<0.001),the total score of the asthma massage group and the asthma control group The difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05);after 8 weeks of intervention:the difference between the total score of the normal control group and asthma control group was statistically significant(p<0.001).There was a statistically significant difference between the total score of the normal control group and the asthma massage group(p<0.01).There was a statistically significant difference between the total points of the asthma massage group and the asthma control group(p<0.001);compared with the same group before intervention:after 8 weeks of intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the total points of the normal control group and the asthma control group(P>0.05),there was a statistically significant difference in the total score of asthma massage group scale(p<0.001).(2)Analysis of each factor;After 8 weeks of treatment,the introverted factor,extraverted factor,anxiety,emotional control,social withdrawal,somatization,and attention factor in the asthma massage group were statistically significant compared with those in the same group before treatment(p<0.05)There was no statistically significant difference in aggressive tendency and hyperactivity symptom factors before treatment in the same group(p>0.05).(3)The relationship between the anxiety and depression level of the parents in the asthma massage group and the total score of the scale:the anxiety and depression score of the parents in the asthma massage group was moderately related to the total score of the asthma massage group.After 8 weeks of intervention,the total score of anxiety and depression of the parents in the asthma massage group was statistically different from that of the group before intervention(p<0.001).Conclusion:(1)Children with asthma have certain psychological and behavioral problems.(2)Family massage has a positive effect on the improvement of psychological and behavioral problems in children with asthma during remission,and the improvement in children's anxiety,emotional control,social withdrawal,somatization,and attention problems is more obvious.(3)Family massage can not only relieve the psychological and behavioral problems of children with asthma,but also effectively reduce the level of anxiety and depression of parents.
