| Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zhujing pill in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of vitreous floaters.Methods:from April 2019 to December 2019,80 cases(92 eyes)of vitreous floaters with deficiency of liver and kidney were divided into two groups.Among them,40 cases(47 eyes)in the experimental group were treated with lecithin complex iodine,40 cases(45 eyes)in the control group were treated with zhujing pill plus and minus formula,and the specific effects of the two drugs were compared and analyzed.Four weeks is a course of treatment and a total treatment contains two courses.After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the visual acuity,fundus,score of conscious symptoms,total effective rate of treatment and TCM syndrome score were compared.Results:(1)Through the comparison between the two groups,it was found that the visual acuity of the two groups had little change(P>0.05),fundus,self-conscious symptoms and TCM syndromes,P<0.05 in all scores,the curative effect was statistically different.(2)Through the comparison between groups,it was found that:1)after 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the efficacy of vision and fundus(P>0.05),the change of symptom score in the control group was better than that in the treatment group,and the change of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);2)after 8 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the efficacy of vision and fundus and symptom score in the two groups Difference(P>0.05),TCM syndrome integral treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)Overall effect:in the treatment group,there were 10 excellent cases(21.3%),35 effective cases(74.5%),2 noneffective cases(4.2%),and the total effective rate was 93.3%.In the control group,9 cases were excellent(20%),35 cases were effective(77.3%),1 case was ineffective(20%),the total effective rate was 97.8%,there was no remarkable difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)TCM syndromes:in the treatment group,there were 9 excellent cases(19.1%),36 effective cases(76.6%),2 noneffective cases(4.3%),and the total effective rate was 95.7%.The control group contains 3 excellent cases(6.6%),21 effective cases(46.7%),21 ineffective cases(46.7%)and the total effective rate was 52.3%,there was a obvious difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(5)Safety analysis:there were no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups after taking the medicine,indicating that the clinical safety of this study is good.Conclusion:zhujingwan plus and minus formula and lecithin complex iodine can both treat liver and kidney deficiency type of cloud and mist shifting eyes,the effect of Western medicine is faster than that of traditional Chinese medicine,but there is no obvious difference in the overall effect,and the traditional Chinese medicine group is better than the western medicine group in alleviating syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine. |
