Objective:To collect Professor Sun Zhiguang's experience prescription to treat cases of chronic diarrhea and chronic constipation in acid reflux disease, observe the clinical effect, sum up the general situation of the patients, and explore the pathogenesis of the disease. Methods:A total of 83 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected from the outpatients of Professor Sun Zhiguang. There were 43 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for acid reflux disease and chronic diarrhea, and 40 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for acid reflux disease and chronic constipation. Both groups were treated with Professor Sun Zhiguang's self-made prescription for 4 weeks. The questionnaire and the results of endoscopy before and after treatment were collected and analyzed with SPSS 25.The effects of sex on Symptom score and curative effect were examined by independent t-test,and the effects of age and body Mass Index on Symptom score and curative effect were examined by Pearson correlation analysis.Results:1.The scores of diarrhea/Constipation and gastrointestinal tract were significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.01).The effective rate of chronic diarrhea symptom was 95.35%in GERD&chronic diarrhea group and 97.67%in gastrointestinal disease group. The effective rate of GERD&chronic constipation group was 92.50%,and the effective rate of common symptoms of gastrointestinal diseases was 90-00%.2.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after the treatment of single symptom integral(p<0.01).The effective rate of 12 chronic diarrhea was higher than 50%.The effective rate of 12 individual symptoms related to chronic constipation was higher than 50%.Among 34 common symptoms of Gastrointestinal Diseases,33 symptoms in Diarrhea group were more than 50%effective,and 28 symptoms in Constipation group were more than 50%effective.3.Of the 83 patients,35 had reflux esophagitis,48 had nonerosive reflux disease, and none had Barrett's esophagus;the response rate for reflux esophagitis was 80.00%.4.By T test, the patient's gender had no influence on the symptoms of the original gastrointestinal disease, chronic diarrhea/chronic constipation(p>0.05),and the patient's gender had no significant influence on the curative effect of each symptom(p>0.05).5.By Pearson correlation analysis, there was a significant positive correlation between the age of all patients and gastrointestinal symptoms,constipation/diarrhea symptoms before treatment(Pearson Correlation Coefficient>0.4,?=0.01).In the diarrhea group, there was no correlation between age and the efficacy of diarrhea and gastrointestinal symptoms(Pearson Correlation Coefficient(absolute value)<0.2)In the constipation group, there was a weak Correlation Between Age and the curative effect of Constipation Symptoms and gastrointestinal symptoms(0.2<Pearson Correlation Coefficient<0.4,?=0.05).6.The Pearson Correlation Coefficient Between Body Mass Index(BMI)and diarrhea symptoms was-0.324(?=0.05),suggesting a weak negative correlation There was no significant correlation between the response of gastrointestinal symptoms, diarrhea symptoms and gastrointestinal symptoms before treatment(Pearson Correlation Coefficient<0.2).There was a weak correlation between body mass index(BMI)and the curative effect of Constipation Symptoms in the Constipation Group,Pearson Correlation Coefficient was 0.369(?=0.05),and there was no significant correlation between BMI and the curative effect of Constipation Symptoms Before Treatment(Pearson Correlation Coefficient(absolute value)<0.2).Conclusion:Professor Sun Zhiguang's empirical prescription can effectively improve the common symptoms of chronic diarrhea and constipation and gastrointestinal diseases in patients with chronic acid reflux disease diarrhea and chronic constipation There was no significant correlation between patients, sex,Body Mass Index and pre-treatment symptoms and outcomes, and the older the patient was,the more obvious the pre-treatment diarrhea/constipation symptoms and common gastrointestinal symptoms were.
