With economic development and social progress,the quality of life of human beings has been improved,and the requirements for oral health have also been improved.But due to natural aging and external damage,tooth-missing has become a widespread and serious oral problem.In order to prevent the development of the disease,the restoration of the missed teeth should be carried out in time,and the three-dimensional reconstruction of the missed teeth is the key to the restoration of the missed teeth.How to reconstruct the missed teeth in three dimensions to make the denture more beautiful and have more ideal stress distribution has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to improve the efficiency and ensure the accuracy of the three-dimensional reconstruction of the missed teeth,with implant prosthesis as the research object,this paper proposes a three-dimensional reconstruction method of the missed teeth based on mirror modeling and reverse engineering and conducts simulation and experiment of the mechanical properties of the reconstruction modelIn this paper,a point cloud modeling method of the missed teeth based on mirror modeling is proposed,which can simplify the process and improve the efficiency of the three-dimensional reconstruction of the missed teeth.The acquisition and preprocessing methods of spiral CT images are studied,median filtering of the spiral CT images is performed to improve the quality of the images.A method of establishing the mirror model of missed teeth based on Mimics is proposed to reconstruct the symmetrical teeth of the missed teeth in CT images in three dimensions and establish the mirror model of the missed teeth.A method of establishing the point cloud model of missed teeth based on Geomagic is proposed to optimize the mirror model and establish the point cloud model of the missed teeth.The point cloud models of the maxillary central incisor and the mandibular second molar are established according to the method,which verifying the correctness and effectiveness of the point cloud modeling method of the missed teeth based on mirror modeling.In this paper,a three-dimensional modeling method of the missed teeth based on reverse engineering is proposed,and Nurbs curves and surfaces are introduced to ensure the accuracy of the three-dimensional reconstruction of the missed teeth.A method of establishing the surface model of the missed teeth based on Imageware is proposed,the surface model of the missed teeth is established by processing the point cloud model,identifying the feature curves and constructing the feature surfaces,and the surface model is evaluated,the evaluation results show that the surface model meets the requirements of smoothness and precision.A method of establishing the three-dimensional model of the missed teeth based on SolidWorks is proposed,which generate the surface model of the missed teeth that meet the modelling requirements into solid and establish the three-dimensional model of the missed teeth.The three-dimensional models of the maxillary central incisor and the mandibular second molar are established according to the method,which verifying the correctness and effectiveness of the three-dimensional modeling method of the missed teeth based on reverse engineering.In this paper,the finite element simulation is carried out on the reconstruction model of the missed teeth to study and verify the mechanical properties.The finite element modeling method is studied,and the finite element model of the missed teeth is established by importing three-dimensional model,assigning material properties and dividing cells.The finite element simulation setting method is studied to add constraint and load to the finite element model of the missed teeth.The finite simulation of the missed teeth are carried out to obtain the maximum stress distribution,which is compared with the compressive strength of the reconstruction model of the missed teeth Taking the maxillary central incisor and the mandibular second molar as examples to conduct the finite element simulation of the reconstruction model of the missed teeth,the simulation results show that the reconstruction model of the missed teeth meets the requirements of mechanical properties,which verify the correctness of the reconstruction model of the missed teeth,thus verifying the correctness and effectiveness of the three-dimensional reconstruction method of the missed teeth based on mirror modeling and reverse engineeringIn this paper,the experiment is carried out on the reconstruction model of the missed teeth to study and verify the mechanical properties.With zirconia as the material,the reconstruction model of the missed teeth is manufactured by the dental CAD/CAM system.The compression test of the reconstruction model of the missed teeth is designed and carried out to obtain the fracture load,which are compared with the masticatory force and the mastication load.Taking the mandibular second molar as example to conduct the experiment of the reconstruction model of the missed teeth,the experiment results show that the reconstruction model of the missed teeth meets the requirements of mechanical properties,which verify the correctness of the reconstruction model of the missed teeth and the simulation results,thus verifying the correctness and effectiveness of the three-dimensional reconstruction method of the missed teeth based on mirror modeling and reverse engineering.
