Clinical Observation On Treating NERD With Anxiety And Depression Of Liver-stomach Heat Retention Type With Chaijin Jieyu Powder And Lansoprazole

Objective:The objective of this project is to explore the clinical effect of Chaijin Jieyu Powder and Lansoprazole in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease(NERD)with anxiety and depression of liver-stomach heat retention type,to summarize the clinical experience of the tutor in the treatment of NERD,it is revealed that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can not only improve the clinical symptoms of NERD,reduce the recurrence rate,but also improve the state of anxiety and depression of patients,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Chaijin Jieyu Powder and Lansoprazole,and the other 30 patients in the control group were treated with Lansoprazole.After 8 weeks of treatment in both groups,observe and record the changes of total scores of reflux diagnostic questionnaire(RDQ),total scores of TCM syndromes,scores of symptoms,HAMA,HAMD scores before and after treatment.4 weeks after the end of treatment,the recurrence status of patients in the two groups was calculated.Data were collected and analyzed by SPSS.Results:1.The total efficiency of TCM syndromes;The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 96.67%and 73.33%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.The comparison of total score of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes of patients in both groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).3.The comparison of total response rates for major symptoms:The total effective rate of treating acid reflux and heartburn in the treatment group was 93.33%and 96.67%,respectively,better than the control group 66.67%and 73.33%.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).4.The comparison of single symptom score:After the treatment,all symptom scores in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.01),while in the control group,except irritability(P>0.05),all symptom scores decreased to different degrees(P<0.01,P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment group had better therapeutic effect on heartburn,epigastric burning pain,abdominal distension,irritability,belching or regurgitation,and easy hunger than the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),while the treatment effect on acid regurgitation and post-sternal burning pain was similar(P>0.05).5.The comparison of total score of RDQ:After treatment,the RDQ scores of patients in both groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).6.The comparison of HAMA?HAMD score:The HAMA score of both group?the HAMD score of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and HAMD score in control group also decreased(P<0.05),and the improvement effect of anxiety and depression in treatment group was better(P<0.01).7.The comparison of long-term efficacy:The recurrence rates of the treatment group and the control group were 6.90%and 36.36%,and the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaijin Jieyu Powder and Lansoprazole in the treatment of NERD with anxiety and depression of liver-stomach heat retention type is fairly effective in alleviating the symptoms of acid reflux and heartburn.It also has good curative effect on symptoms of post sternal burning pain,epigastric burning pain,abdominal distention,irritability,belching or regurgitation,and easy hunger.lt can also improve the anxiety and depression of the patients,and has a low recurrence rate and definite effect,providing a new idea for clinical treatment of NERD.
