Objective:To predict the target and signal pathway of jiawei zexie decoction in the treatment of NAFLD with network pharmacology technology,and to further analyze its material basis and mechanism of action.Methods:The active ingredients of jiawei zexie decoction were obtained and screened by SymMap database.To search and predict compound targets by SymMap database?TCMSP database?ETCM database?BATMAN-TCM database?STITCH database?SwissTart Prediction database and SEA database.Search the NAFLD disease target in DisGeNET database.Establish the network graph of "compound-disease target" by Cytoscape software.Performe the GO biological process analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis on the targets by DAVID database.Results:The network of "jiawei zexie decoction-NAFLD disease target" consists of 26 compounds and 43 targets,including 18 core targets;The major biological processes involve steroid metabolic process?drug metabolic process?exogenous drug catabolic process?steroid hormone mediated signaling pathway?heterocycle metabolic process?monoterpenoid metabolic process?xenobiotic metabolic process?positive regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter?transcription initiation from RNA polymerase II promoter?epoxygenase P450 pathway;The important pathways include T cell receptor signaling pathway?Hepatitis B?Rheumatoid arthritis?Hepatitis C?Insulin resistance?Linoleic acid metabolism?Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)?Chemical carcinogenesis?Metabolism of xenobiotics by cytochrome P450?Drug metabolism-cytochrome P450.Conclusion:Jiawei zexie decoction may activate the function of intracellular transcription-related factors,promote DNA transcription in the nucleus,and produce functional proteins through translation and modification,respectively,to participate in lipid oxidation,metabolism and other processes,reduce lipid accumulation,and achieve the purpose of NAFLD treatment.Its signal pathway is mainly related to non-alcoholic fatty liver pathway,followed by insulin resistance and cell metabolism,in addition to immune pathway,hepatitis pathway and carcinogenic pathway.It provides a direction for future experimental research on the treatment of NAFLD with Jiawei Zexie Decoction.
