Sanhuang Decoction Based On Invigorating Qi And Dredging Collaterals To Improve The Inflammation Microenvironment Of Triple-negative Breast Cancer Patients

Objective:1.To observe the effect of Sanhuang Decoction on inflammatory microenvironment and tumor marker level in triple-negative breast cancer patients.2.To explore the effect of Sanhuang Decoction on Qi deficiency,inflammation related symptoms and quality of life of triple-negative breast cancer patients,and reduce the possibility of recurrence and metastasis.Methods:32 cases of triple-negative breast cancer patients were divided into two groups:treatment group(16 cases),taking Sanhuang Decoction on the basis of regular outpatient reexamination;control group(16 cases),only regular outpatient reexamination.3 months of treatment was one cycle,and two cycles were observed continuously.Before treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment,the changes of serum inflammatory factors,tumor markers,safety indicators and other laboratory indicators were measured,and the Qi deficiency symptoms,inflammation related symptoms and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results:At the end of the treatment,there were 16 cases in the treatment group and 16 cases in the control group.The results showed that:1.Symptoms of qi deficiency:3 months after the treatment,the individual scores of shortness of breath,mental weakness,fatigue,spontaneous perspiration,disinclined to talk and the total score of qi deficiency syndrome in the two groups were lower than that before the treatment,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);6 months after the treatment,the individual scores and the total score of qi deficiency syndrome in the two groups were significantly lower than that before the treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group improved the situation.It was better than that of the control group(P=0.001<0.05).2.Symptoms related to inflammation:3 months after treatment,the scores of symptoms related to inflammation in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);6 months after treatment,the scores of symptoms related to inflammation in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and in the treatment group,the scores of inappetence,dizziness,headache,chest distress,tingling,squamous and dry skin,numbness of limbs,bitter taste,dark purple tongue,yellow and greasy coating of the tongue and astringent pulse was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the scores of forgetful and upset insomnia and the control group(P>0.05).The improvement of inflammation related symptoms in the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P=0.000<0.05).3.Level of inflammatory factors:before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in serum IL-4 and IL-8 levels(P>0.05),which was comparable;3 months after treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IL-8 in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);6 months after treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IL-8 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).4.Tumor marker level:before treatment,there was no statistical difference in serum CEA and CA-153 levels between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable;3 months after treatment,the serum CEA and CA-153 levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);6 months after treatment,the serum CEA levels of the treatment group and the control group were not statistically different(P=0.151>0.05).The level of serum CA-153 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.036<0.05).5.Quality of life:6 months after the treatment,the improvement of physical function,role function and emotional function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05),but in the field of cognitive function and social function,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);the improvement of fatigue,pain,shortness of breath,loss of appetite,diarrhea symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in nausea and vomiting,insomnia,constipation and economic difficulties between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);the total health status of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P=0.040<0.05).Conclusion:Sanhuang Decoction can improve the symptoms of qi deficiency and inflammation related symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve the inflammatory microenvironment,and improve the quality of life of patients with triple-negative breast cancer.Sanhuang Decoction can reduce the tumor markers of patients,which may have a potential role in reducing the recurrence rate of triple-negative breast cancer patients.
