Research On The Working Mechanism Of "Three-doctor Linkage" Of Health Poverty Alleviation

Since the introduction of the new concept of health poverty alleviation in 2016,significant results have been achieved by 2019.The continuous promotion of health and poverty alleviation policy is not only in response to the important demands and instructions put forward by the Chinese government at the 19 th National People's Congress of the Party,it can help our country in the final battle against poverty and healthy and sustainable state,with a view to achieving the overall goal of resolutely winning the first place in the fight against poverty and health.In the short period of time since china implemented the work policy of health and poverty alleviation,it not only balances the huge difference between public health and medical conditions in poor and developing areas,but also improves the basic medical and health service level in poor areas,significantly reduces the number of people suffering from disease and poverty in poor areas,and guarantees the basic medical needs of the poor.to contribute to the cause of poverty reduction and anti-poverty in our country.In the work of health and poverty alleviation,the supporting medical system guarantee mechanism is also indispensable,in the process of continuous development,the government timely put forward the corresponding goals of health poverty alleviation work and reform of medical resources guarantee policy.In Henan Province,through the analysis of poverty settlement situation published by the provincial poverty alleviation office,it is found that there are still problems in the work system of health poverty alleviation and "three-doctor linkage",although there is a national policy.First,a province-wide study of the root causes of poverty has found that poverty due to health problems is still the main cause.This study takes the poverty object of P County in Henan Province as the research object,combined with the relevant theory,uses the interview method and the literature analysis method,first of all,makes a brief explanation of the background and research significance of the government's health poverty alleviation work mechanism and the medical reform-based "three-doctor linkage" poverty alleviation work mechanism,and analyzes some relevant scholars at home and abroad on the health poverty alleviation policy.The research experience and achievements of the anti-poverty situation and the working mechanism of "three doctors linkage",taking P County in Henan Province as an example,briefly summarize the current practice of health poverty alleviation work in P County,carefully comb the research,deeply analyze,and find that the risk factors that may lead to the return of the poverty-stricken population in the work of "three-doctor linkage" in P County,and problems and causes of its working policy mechanism.Then,the study and analysis of the problems in the working mechanism,find the reasons,think about countermeasures,in order to P County health poverty alleviation "three medical linkage" work to achieve sustainable development to find new ideas.Finally,to improve the strategy of healthy development of the poor population in the later stages,combined with the actual situation of P County,put forward the countermeasure sympathic proposal of establishing the medical guarantee mechanism of early warning risk prevention and control,as well as the long-term mechanism on medical security,and the early warning mechanism of the joint reform of anti-poverty,so as to form a perfect working mechanism from the medical security center of the "three-doctor linkage" of health poverty alleviation.to ensure the sustainable development of poverty eradication effectiveness,so as to win the main goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
