Objective: Categorize and analyze the clinical investigation data of previous risk factors of bronchial pneumonia in children in early childhood, and explore related risk factors of bronchial pneumonia in children in early childhood. It will provide scientific clinical basis for the future use of Chinese medicine to intervene risk factors to prevent and treat pneumonia in children, reduce the incidence of pneumonia, and indirectly reduce the use of antibiotics. Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria established in this study, the clinical survey questionnaires for children with bronchial pneumonia in early childhood from November 2018 to December 2019 were collected, and a total of 500 cases were included.A retrospective analysis method was used to record and sort out the birth patterns, allergies, previous respiratory diseases, eczema, rickets, and dietary habits of children in early childhood included in the case data.A clinical database was established through Excel, and the software SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis.First, the single factor X2 test was used to screen out relevant factors.Multi-factor logistic regression analysis was used to establish the risk factors and protective factors for pediatric pneumonia.Results:(1)The results of statistical analysis show that the incidence of bronchial pneumonia in early childhood is higher in winter, relatively lower in spring and autumn, and lowest in summer.(2)Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that birth weight(abnormal),mode of production(cesarean section),history of allergies, history of previous respiratory diseases, history of eczema, and history of rickets were independent risk factors for bronchial pneumonia in children.(3)Birth weight(normal)and mode of delivery(prolonged delivery)are protective factors of bronchial pneumonia in children.(4)History of asthma and history of eczema are risk factors for recurrent bronchopneumonia in infants.Conclusion:(1)Compared with other seasons, the incidence of pneumonia in children in early childhood is highest in winter.(2)The risk factors of bronchial pneumonia in earlychildhood are related to the history of allergies, previous respiratory diseases, eczema and rickets.Protective factors are related to birth weight and mode of production.(3)Children with recurrent bronchopneumonia are associated with a history of asthma and eczema.
