| Background and PurposeCoronary atherosclerosis is a variety of causes leading to coronary vascular disease, leading to narrowing of the official cavity, ischemia and hypoxia in the distal myocardium, and even necrosis.Early understanding of the severity of coronary artery disease is helpful for intervention and treatment of the patient’s condition.Among these factors,PDGF-C and oxLDL/β2GPI complex play a key role.Studies have found that PDGF-C and oxLDL/β2GPI contribute to the formation of foam cells in coronary artery disease and the development of atherosclerotic plaques. However, domestic and foreign studies on the severity of PDGF-C and oxLDL/β2GPI and coronary heart disease and coronary artery disease are insufficient. Therefore,it is necessary to study the severity of PDGF-C and oxLDL/β2GPI and coronary heart disease and coronary artery disease.Objects and methodsFrom February to May 2019,patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University due to chest tightness and chest pain were selected according to the patient’s symptoms and signs, medical history data, biochemical indicators, and coronary angiography(CAG)results.Of the 166 patients,114 were coronary heart disease(CHD)patients, including 59 in the acute coronary syndrome(ACS)group and 55 in the stable angina pectoris(SAP)group.Coronary angiography confirmed that the coronary arteries were normal.Patients were 52 patients in the control group.According to the number of patients with coronary artery disease, the coronary artery disease(CHD)group included 34 cases of single coronary artery disease group,31 cases of double branch disease group, and 49 cases of multi vessel disease group.Plasma PDGF-C and oxLDL/β2GPI complex concentrations in each group were determined by ELISA.Statistical analysis of histological data, biochemical indicators, and plasma PDGF-C and oxLDL/β2GPI complex concentrations between the ACS group,SAP group, and control group Correlation;Logistic regression analysis of the relationship between plasma PDGF-C and oxLDL/β2GPI complex concentration and other indicators with the incidence of coronary heart disease;Logistic regression analysis was used to draw the curve of plasma PDGF-C and oxLDL/β2GPI complex concentration with the incidence of coronary heart disease.Results(1)The plasma PDGF-C and oxLDL/β2GPI complex concentrations in the ACS and SAP groups were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)There were statistically significant differences in plasma PDGF-C and oxLDL/β2GPI complex concentrations between single, double and multiple lesions in the CHD group(P<0.05).(3)Spearman correlation analysis showed that the plasma PDGF-C had a certain correlation with the number of coronary lesions and the Gensini score(r were 0.297 and 0.223,respectively).(4)Spearman correlation analysis showed that the plasma oxLDL/β2GPI complex concentration had a certain correlation with the number of coronary lesions and the Gensini score(r were 0.549 and 0.554).(5)Logistic regression analysis showed that high plasma PDGF-C and oxLDL/β2GPI complex concentrations are risk factors for coronary heart disease.(6)The concentrations of plasma PDGF-C and oxLDL/β2GPI complex in the CHD respectively were 0.626 and 0.795ConclusionThe high concentration of plasma PDGF-C and oxLDL/β2GPI complex may be related to the onset of coronary heart disease and may have a certain relationship with the severity of coronary artery disease. It may participate in the formation of coronary atherosclerotic plaque to a certain extent.Provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and prevention of CHD. |
