Objective:Objective To bring in the Perioperative Pressure Injury Risk Assessment Measure(PPIRAM),and use the translation,synthesis,back translation,expert committee review and pretesting to form the Chinese version of PPIRAM.The Chinese version of the PPIRAM scale and Scott Triggers Tool were used for evaluating among Surgical Patients to test their reliability and predictability and further clarify the advantages of the two scale surgery patients in the evaluation of risk of pressure injury.The characteristics of clinical application of the Chinese version of the PPIRAM and Scott Triggers Tool can screen the pressure injury high risk surgical patients and nurses could take preventive measure.Methods:Authorized by scale source author Anita J.Meehan by e-mail,the PPIRAM scale was the translation,synthesis,back translation,expert committee review and pretesting according to the cross-cultural adaptation procedure of the scale in psychometrics to form the Chinese version of the PPIRAM scale.A convenient sampling method was used to select 345 patients undergoing elective surgery who met the inclusion criteria in a third-level hospital in Shanxi Province from March to August 2019,and selected 60 surgical patients to check the Chinese version of the PPIRAM scale and the Scott Triggers Tool.Validity.In this study,SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis and expert evaluation was used to test the validity of the content;exploratory factor analysis was used to test the validity of the structure;Pearson correlation coefficient was used to test the validity of the same;Positive predictive rate,negative predictive rate test predictive validity.Cronbach's ? coefficient was used to test internal consistency and inter-evaluator reliability tests for equality.And 60 surgical patients were selected to test the Chinese version of the PPIRAM scale and the Scat trigger.Validity.In this study,SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis,and the expert evaluation method was used to test the content validity;exploratory factor analysis was used to test the structural validity;Pearson correlation coefficient test was simultaneously valid;the area under the ROC curve,the Youden index,sensitivity,specificity,The positive predictive rate and negative predictive rate test the predictive validity.Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to test internal consistency and inter-evaluator reliability test equivalence.Results:A total of 7 cases of pressure injury occurred,the incidence rate was 2.0%.The Cronbach's ? coefficients of the Chinese version of the PPIRAM scale and the Scott Triggers Tool were 0.688 and 0.719,respectively;the inter-evaluator reliability was 0.943 and 0.916,respectively.The content validity of each item of the Chinese version of the PPIRAM scale is 0.667 to 1.0,and the content validity of the entire scale is 0.867;an exploratory factor analyzes a common factor,and the cumulative variance contribution rate is 45.409%;3S evaluation form and Chinese The Pearson correlation coefficient of the PPIRAM scale is-0.559(P <0.001);the Chinese version of the PPIRAM scale has the best predicted critical value of 7.5,the Youden index is the maximum value of 0.426,the area under the ROC curve is 0.731,sensitivity and specificity,Positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 0.571,0.855,0.075,0.990,respectively.The content validity of each item of the Scott Triggers Tool is 0.667 ~ 1.0,and the content validity of the entire scale is 0.832;an exploratory factor analyzes a common factor,and the cumulative variance contribution rate is 54.441%;3S evaluation table,trigger point The Pearson's correlation coefficient is-0.713(P <0.001);the best predictive critical value of the Scott Triggers Tool is 5.5,the Youden index is the maximum value of 0.449,the area under the ROC curve is 0.714,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,The negative predictive values were 0.857,0.592,0.041,and 0.995,respectively.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the PPIRAM scale was formed using through he translation,synthesis,back translation,expert committee review and pretesting.The Chinese version of the PPIRAM scale and the Scott Triggers Tool are single-dimensional scales,both of which have strong practicability and good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the risk of pressure injuries in surgical patients.Clinical nurses can take targeted measures based on the results of the assessment.Through adjusting some items of the Chinese version of the PPIRAM scale and the Scott Triggers Tool,the reliability and validity of the two scales can be further improved,and the item of Scott Triggers Tool(body mass index)needs further improvement.
