Objective:To explore the value of HR-MRI in the study of the number and depth of lenticular artery in patients with hypertension. Methods:A total of 76 hypertensive patients admitted to the Imaging Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May 2018 to April 2019 were studied.According to the Chinese Guidelines for the Management of Senile Hypertension in 2019[1],the blood pressure level was divided into the first grade?25 cases?,the second grade?27 cases?and the third grade?24 cases?hypertension group.27 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.High Resolution Magnetic Resonance Imaging?HRMRI?and 3D-T1WI-VISTA sequence imaging were performed in all subjects. The number and depth of blood vessels were analyzed by Philips Intellispace portal software at the data transmitter workstation of high resolution arteriography of lenticulostriate arteries in all subjects.SPSS 25.0 software was used to measure the mean and standard deviation of the data, single factor analysis of variance?F value,P value?was used to compare the groups, and LSD-t test?t value and P value?was used to analyze the depth and number of bilateral lenticular arteries in the four groups..Results:Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the general data between the hypertension groups at all levels?P>0.05?.Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the depth and number of bilateral lenticular arteries between the first-grade hypertension group and the control group?P>0.05?.The depth and number of bilateral striated lenticular arteries in patients with grade II and III hypertension were decreased, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01?.Conclusions:HR-MRI is of clinical value in the analysis of arterial characteristics of lenticulostriate artery. The number and depth of bilateral lenticulostriate arteries in patients with grade II and III hypertension are lower than those in normal subjects.
