Objective: To evaluate the influence of different factors on the survival rate of patients with Wilms tumor by analyzing the clinical features, treatment and prognosis of the tumor, and provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of children with nephroblastoma. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 63 children with nephroblastoma diagnosed by pathology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from 1st December,2013 to 1st February,2019,by analyzing the different children with nephroblastoma Age,gender, location, tumor diameter, clinical stage, peripheral blood Fra-1 mRNA value, presence or absence of metastasis and other related factors on the long-term survival rate of children with nephroblastoma, using ?2 test to analyze the influence of nephron Risk factors for long-term survival of the tumor were analyzed, and the prognosis of children with nephroblastoma was analyzed using the Cox risk model. Results: The 5-year event-free survival rate of I-II and III-IV are 93.8%and 67%respectively.The clinical stage of the child was found through research. At the site of metastasis and peripheral blood,Fra-1 mRNA is a factor affecting the prognosis of children with nephroblastoma. From this study,it can be concluded that the higher the clinical stage, the distant metastasis, the higher the Fra-1 mRNA value, the more the survival prognosis. While the age, gender, tumor location, and tumor diameter have no significant effect on the survival rate of children with nephroblastoma. Conclusion: Clinical stage, distant metastasis and Fra-1 mRNA level in peripheral blood affect the disease-free survival rate of children with nephroblastoma.Early diagnosis an d treatment can effectively improve the prognosis and improve the survival rate of patients with nephroblastoma.
