The Clinical Seareh Of Hyperthyroidism With Liver Qi Stagnation Type Treated By Chaihu Shugan Powder Plus Liuyu Decoction

Objective:Objective to evaluate the therapeutic effect,therapeutic advantage and clinical safety of ChaiHuShuGan powder plus Liuyu Decoction in the treatment of hyperthyroidism of stagnation of liver Qi type,and to explore its influence on relevant laboratory indexes,symptoms and signs of patients,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical use.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,60 outpatients who met the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were collected from the outpatients of Endocrinology Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.They were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,namely methimazole,while the treatment group was treated with ChaiHuShuGan powder and Liuyu Decoction(decoction,1 dose per day,morning and evening).Results:There were no adverse reactions in the treatment of 60 patients.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Before and after treatment,there were significant differences in the improvement of palpitation symptoms between the two groups,such as eye swelling and tears,chest tightness and gas suffocation,chest and flank swelling and pain,mental fatigue,irritability and irritability,tension and anxiety,tremor,less sleep and more dreams.Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in the improvement of the symptoms of the treatment group,such as eye swelling and tears,irritability and irritability,tension and anxiety,fine tremor,less sleep and more dreams,etc.,and in the symptoms of mental fatigue and fatigue,more speech and movement,etc.There was significant difference in the degree of exophthalmos between the two groups,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Before and after treatment,the heart rate in the treatment group was significantly improved;compared with the control group,the heart rate in the treatment group decreased significantly.Before andafter treatment,compared with the thyroid hormone level of the two groups,there was difference in FT3 between the two groups;compared with the control group,the improvement of TSH in the treatment group was different.Conclusion:The results show that ChaiHuShuGan powder plus Liuyu decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on 60 hyperthyroidism patients with stagnation of liver qi,which can slow down the heart rate and reduce the degree of exophthalmos,especially for the improvement of discomfort symptoms such as eye swelling and tears,chest tightness and gas suffocation,chest and flank distention and pain,fatigue and fatigue,irritability and irritability,tension and anxiety,tremor,less sleep and more dreams.In addition,the prescription of ChaiHuShuGan powder plus Liuyu decoction is reasonable,safe and can be taken for a long time.
