Clinical Observation Of Bone Corrosion External Application No.4 Recipe In Treatment Of Avascular Necrosis Of Femoral Head

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head with Gushi external application No.4.Methods: Seventy(122 hip)ONFH patients who were admitted to the Department of Joint Surgery of the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected,including 33 males and 37 females,aged 27-60 years.The mean age was 45.69 ± 8.87 years,and they were randomly divided into a test group and a control group,with 35 patients in each group.Test group: Protective weight bearing(fushuangguai)+ bone erosion No.1 prescription + bone erosion external application No.4 prescription,control group using protective weight bearing(fushuangwai)+ bone erosion prescription No.1 Before,48 days and 96 days of treatment,the hip joint Harris score,hip range of motion and imaging performance.Results: There is no statistical difference between the general data of the two groups of patients(P>0.05),which can be compared,and there is no statistical difference in the distribution of ARCO stage between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),which can be compared.Comparison within the group: before and after treatment,the Harris Harris score of the two groups of patients increased(P<0.05);before and after treatment,the comparison of the hip movement range of the two groups of patients improved(P<0.05);before and after treatment,the two groups of patients The range of bone necrosis was improved(P<0.05);before and after treatment,there was no change in the degree of femoral head collapse in the two groups(P>0.05).Comparison between groups: Before and after treatment,the Harris Harris score of the two groups of patients was increased(P<0.05),and the increase of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group(P <0.05);before and after treatment,the comparison of the range of hip movement of the two groups of patients was Improvement(P<0.05),the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05);before and after treatment,there was no difference in the range of femoral head necrosis between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);before and after treatment,there was no comparison between the two groups of femoral head collapse degree Difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.The two methods have certain effects in improving clinical symptoms and joint function in patients with ONFH,and can delay disease progression.2.The experimental group is better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms and joint function of ONFH patients,which shows that the bone erosion external application No.4 formula has exact curative effect on ONFH patients and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
