Objective: To explore and understand the important clinical value of electronic nasolaryngology in the diagnosis and treatment of otolaryngology diseases.Method: The previous case data of outpatient and inpatient patients in the department of otolaryngology of the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university from December 2015 to November 2019 were retrospectively collected.Results:There were 10,847 cases of otorhinolaryngology lesions: 4,899 cases had one disease,of which 5,861 had two or more diseases at the same time,and 87 cases had no obvious symptoms of discomfort.There were 61 cases of otolaryngology foreign body,1 case of foreign body producing wound,9 cases of no foreign body in the throat,and 1 case of foreign body having entered the esophagus.There were 6 cases of functional dysarticulation,471 cases of nasal lesions,803 cases of nasopharyngeal lesions,191 cases of oral and oropharyngeal lesions,9169 cases of laryngeal and laryngeal pharyngeal lesions,and 175 cases of tracheal lesions.Operation and biopsy were performed under the electronic nose and throat lens in 528 cases,and foreign bodies were removed in 50 cases.The proportion of 1,408 patients with suspected tumors was 12.98%.There were 9,972 patients with larynx and nasopharynx,accounting for 92.26%.Conclusion:Electronic nose and laryngoscope has natural advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in our department and the screening of tumor patients for reexamination before and after surgery.This examination method is safe and non-invasive,with strong specificity and no radiation,which is conducive to the early detection and treatment of diseases in our department and provides help for the early prevention of diseases.
