The Research On Service Quality Evaluation Of The Third Hospital Of Hebei Medical University

With the progress and development of the modern society,the public health consciousness are gradually enhanced,the continuous reform of the medical industry is promoted by state.Due to this,and pressure of competition of medical industry,if an hospital wants to be gradually strengthened,and become to the outstanding level of medical industry,how to improve the hospital service quality,and how to satisfiy patients' higher requirements is the most important issue.This article according to overview and analysis of hospital service quality and evaluation at home and abroad,to discuss about concepts of hospital service quality evaluation.And then to analyze the issues of hospital service quality evaluation in China.With the example of The Third Hospital of He Bei Medical University,and Based on SERVQUAL evaluation model and IPA quadrant analysis,thus to construct the hospital service quality evaluation model.And also with the help of questionnaire survey to research and analyse.At last,based on results of the data evaluation,and through empirical research,next deeps analyse the service quality issues of The Third Hospital of He Bei Medical University,then gives some relevant advance strategy.Finally propose some supportive measures of advanced hospital service quality.Therefore this article has guiding significance and practical value to improve the hospital service quality of The Third Hospital of He Bei Medical University.
