Detection And Homology Analysis Of Drug Resistance Genes Of Carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter Baumannii

Objective:To explore the resistance genes and homology of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii CRAB in a tertiary hospital.Methods :A total of 40 CRAB strains from the hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were collected and tested as test strains.All major tested strains were tested for drug susceptibility,polymerase chain reaction(PCR)resistance gene amplification,and agarose gel electrophoresis analysis in accordance with the uniform clinical test procedures.Major resistance genes(ADC,OXA-23,OXA-51,KPC,CTX-M-9,ant(3 ')-I,aac(3)-I,TEM,traA,int11,qacE ? 1-Sull,tnpu),pulse field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)analysis for homology.Results:Among the 40 carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii strains in the hospital,the overall resistance rate to most antibacterial drugs was about 90%,and the drug resistance rate to tigecycline was relatively low Only 18.2%.The specific situation of drug resistance-related genes detection is that the detection rate of ADC is up to 100%,the detection rate of OXA-51 is 90%,and no KPC is detected.Among them,for OXA-23,CTX-M-9,ant(3 ')-I,aac(3)-I,TEM,traA,int11,qacE ? 1-Sull,tnpu These types of resistance genes have different detection rates.PFGE detected a total of 19 different types,each type containing 1to 9 strains,of which the largest A5 type group has a total of 9 strains,followed by A18 type group with 8 strains,mainly from the intensive care unit.Conclusion : The carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii in this hospital is highly resistant to several of the most common antibacterial drugs currently in clinical use.The OXA-23 resistance gene and OXA-51 resistance gene are most likely to make the Acinetobacter baumannii presents a major factor in resistance.The results of homology genetic analysis showed that nosocomial infection spread in different wards in the hospital.
