Objectives:To analysis the placental implantation abnormality(PIA)magnetic re sonance imaging(MRI)signs,to explore a variety of sequence in the diagnosis of placenta increta function,the optimal diagnostic screening sequence.Methods: sevent een pregnant women with clinically suspected placenta implantation were collected from January to December 2019 for multiple T2 WI sequences and DWI sequences.The results were confirmed by clinical surgery and pathology.Multiple MRI signs were analyzed,the consistency of each sign was analyzed.Fisher's exact probabilit y test was further used to compare the differences in image scanning quality of dif ferent sequences,and the diagnostic performance of T2 WI and DWI sequences was compared to judge the diagnostic effects of different b values.Results:(1)blurred placenta-yometrium interface,discontinuous uterine myometrium,low signal band in T2 WI placenta,irregular placenta morphology,significantly uneven placental signal,and sensitivity of paracytosis were 100%,93.33%,93.33%,53.85%,38.46% and 83%respectively.Specificity is 50%,50%,100%,60%,66.67%,80%;The positive predictive values were 93.75%,93.33%,100%,70%,83.33%,90.91%;Negative predictive values were 100%,50%,66.67%,40%,2.22%,25.00%;(2)T2WI-BLADE,T2WI-HASTE and T2WI-True FISP showed differences in the diagnosis of various signs,among which T2WI-BLADE and T2WI-HASTE showed significant differences in the placenta-uterine junction(P=0.03).Conclusion: MRI has significant advantages indiagnosing placental implantation,among which T2WI-HASTE is the best diagnostic sequence,and multiple sequences combined can improve the diagnostic efficiency.
