Objective:To compare the characteristics of transvaginal two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound in missed abortion. Methods:To collect 172 patients who were diagnosed with missed abortion and treated in the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2017 to December 2019,retrospectively analyzed the two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasonic image features, and compared the results of hysteroscopic or hysteroscopic combined examination to compare the ultrasonic image features and their blood flow characteristics.Results:(1)the accuracy of 3D ultrasound was 95.34%(164/172)for missed abortions in different parts, the accuracy of 2D ultrasound was 69.18%(119/172)for missed abortions. In different parts?~2=40.352,P<0.001,and the difference was statistically significant.(2)In the graded analysis of blood flow, the rate of CDFI was 74.41%(128/172),the rate of 3D-PD was 96.52%(166/172),the difference was significant between the two groups(Z=-4.873,P<0.05)?In the analysis of perforated blood vessels,The CDFI display rate was 69.18%(119/172),the 3D-PD display rate was 91.27%(157/172),and the difference was also significant between the two groups(?~2=39.808,P<0.001).In the blood distribution,The CDFI display rate was65.69%(113/172),the 3D-PD display rate was 84.88%(146/172),and the difference was significant between the two groups(?~2=28.366,P<0.001).Conclusions:Compared with the two-dimensional ultrasound for the location of the gestational sac,the blood flow around and inside the gestational sac is more accurate,so the three-dimensional ultrasound for abnormal location of missed abortion and blood flow can be the first choice. |
