Objective:To evaluate the expression and significance of serum exosomes(EXs)microRNAs(microRNAs,miRNAs)in patients with acute aortic dissection(AAD)..Methods: Twelve male patients with AAD were classified as the case group in the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university from January to September 2019.Blood samples were collected 24 and 48 hours after chest pain in case group, respectively.Six healthy male patients who had medical examination in hospital were referred as control group.Serum exosome miRNAs were separated, identified and quantified.Further biological information analysis were operated for exosome miRNAs,which had different expression between the case group and the control group. Results: Compared with the control group, the expression of 61 miRNAs changed after 24 hours of chest pain(P <0.05).In addition,39 miRNAs were up-regulated and 22 miRNAs were down-regulated in AAD participants after 24 hours of chest pain. The expression of 170 miRNAs changed in AAD participants after 48 hours of chest pain compared with the control group(P<0.05),and 91 up-regulated and 79down-regulated miRNAs were discovered. There were 98 miRNAs expressed differently between AAD participants with chest pain after 24 hours and 48 hours(P <0.05).We found 42 up-regulated and 56 down-regulated miRNAs in AAD patients with chest pain after 48 hours compared with the patients after 24 hours.Further screening and biological information analysis of the differently expressed miRNAs revealed its functions, related to aortic dissection, which contained cell signal transduction, limited protein synthesis, inflammation and some other pathways. Conclusion:The expressions of serum exosome miRNAs were changed in AAD patients, and we screened for nine miRNAs related to AD pathogenesis signaling pathways by biological information analysis. These results would provide some new opinions for further exploration of AAD diagnose markers and pathogenesis of AAD.
