ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of fire dragon moxibustion in intervention of yang deficiency prostate cancer complicated with lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS).To formulate the standard clinical operation procedure and course of fire dragon moxibustion. To provide guiding significance for traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with yang deficiency and prostate cancer complicated with lower urinary tract symptoms.MethodsThe study cases were from hospitalized patients from November 2018 to July 2019 in the Department of Urology,Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 patients with collateral prostate cancer complicated with LUTS were selected, using digital randomization method.Sixty patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,30 cases each. The control group was treated with routine health care, diet care, emotional care, pelvic floor muscle exercise, etc.,given medication, subcutaneous injection of goserelin acetate and bicalutamide tablets,if necessary, taking tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release Capsules and finasteride tablets. On the basis of routine nursing and drug treatment in the control group, the intervention group took a course of fire dragon moxibustion and moxibustion for one month. The international prostate symptom score scale score(symptom score, quality of life score),maximum urinary flow rate, residual urine volume,fPSA,tPSA,fPSA/tPSA were measured before and after treatment. One patient in each group withdrew from the study for personal reasons and was excluded. The last two groups were included in the study.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis. The comparison between the measurement data groups was performed by independent samples t test. The paired samples t test were used for comparison before and after the group. The non-normal distribution or variance was not used. The comparison between groups was performed by Mann-Whitney U test. The Wilcoxon Z test was used for comparison before and after;the Mann-Whitney U test was used for comparison between the grade data groups, and the Wilcoxon Z test was used for comparison before and after the comparison;the count data were analyzed by ?2 test or Fisher exact probability method. The test level is ?=0.05.Results1.The age,BMI,marital status, occupation, education level, family monthly income, medical payment method, past medical history, drug allergy history, and family history were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).2.There were no significant differences in urinary incontinence, urgency, dysuria, frequency of urinary frequency and nocturia between the two groups at the time of admission(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the mean scores of the symptoms before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The mean scores of the total scores after treatment in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The difference of the total score was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mean value of the total scores of the symptoms after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean scores of the symptoms of the pre-accumulation period between the two groups(P>0.05).The mean value of the total scores of the symptoms in the storage group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of total scores of symptoms in the urine storage period before and after treatment was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mean value of total scores of the symptoms in the storage period after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean scores of urinary symptoms before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The mean value of total scores of urinary symptoms after treatment in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of total scores of urinary symptoms was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mean scores of total urinary symptoms after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The mean quality of life scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores before and after treatment in the intervention group. The difference was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mean value of the quality of life scores after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).4.There was no significant difference in the mean urinary flow rate before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The mean value of the maximum urinary flow rate after treatment was significantly greater in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.05).The difference of maximum urinary flow rate before and after was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mean value of maximum urinary flow rate after treatment was significantly greater than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean value of the maximum urinary flow rate(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean residual urine volume between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The difference value of residual urine before and after treatment was significantly greater in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.05).The mean value of residual urine volume was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean residual urine volume before and after treatment(P>0.05).5.There was no significant difference in the mean rank of fPSA between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The mean rank of fPSA after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean rank of tPSA between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The mean rank of tPSA after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean value of fPSA/tPSA between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The mean values of fPSA/tPSA after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fPSA/tPSA between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).ConclusionFire Dragon Moxibustion can significantly improve the total score of IPSS symptoms, the total score of symptoms in the storage period, the total score of urinary symptoms, the quality of life score, the maximum urinary flow rate, and the residual urine volume in patients with yang deficiency of prostate cancer, and can not significantly reduce fPSA,tPSA,fPSA/tPSA.
