ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to investigate how to diagnose pulmonary embolism is a possible cause of sudden death during cardiopulmonary resusc-itation(CPR).MethodsThis study selected from July 2001 to September 2016,the analysis in the Department of Cardiology of Tai’an Central Hospital echocardiography laboratory examination of patients,in 389 cases of patients with right ventricular enlargement in the screening value of pulmonary embolism, and 189 cases with right ventricular enlargement and left ventricular was D,pulmonary hypertension combined with history at the tips of high-risk acute value of pulmonary embolism. The efficacy of thrombolytic therapy with recombinant human tissue type plasminogen activator and urokinase in 67 patients with high risk acute pulmonary embolism were analyzed. In the above two aspects for reference, analysis the feasibility of diagnosis and rescue methods for high-risk acute pulmonary embolism in 17 patients with highly suspected patients in the CPR.ResultIn 389 cases of patients with right ventricular enlargement,189 cases of right ventricular enlargement and left ventricular was D,pulmonary hypertension,of which 160 cases were diagnosed as high-risk acute pulmonary embolism, with right ventricular enlargement and left ventricular was D,pulmonary hypertension in acute pulmonary embolism risk prediction accuracy was 84.65%.Through the analysis of 67 cases of high-risk acute pulmonary embolism, clinical application of recombinant human tissue type plasminogen activator and urokinase thrombolytic therapy, the total effective rate was 86.57%.The recombinant human tissue type plasminogen activator is better than urokinase(P<0.01).In 17 cases of patients with highly suspected CPR,with right ventricular enlargement and left ventricular were type D according to the diagnostic accuracy of high-risk acute pulmonary embolism was 76.47%.The success of thrombolysis with recombinant human tissue plasminogen activator was 58.82%.ConclusionsIn CPR,it is a feasible and effective method to diagnose high risk acute pulmonary embolism(PE)with right heart enlargement and left ventricular type D.
