| Purpose:In this study,the serum uric acid level of pregnant women was measured,and the value of serum uric acid in maternal and fetal pregnancy outcome was discussed according to the different levels of serum uric acid in pregnant women with hypertension complicating pregnancy.To explore the value of serum uric acid level in predicting the adverse outcome of pregnancy with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and reducing the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcome in pregnant women and perinatal infants.Research technique:In this paper,a prospective study was conducted to select pregnant women who had been given birth and delivered in hospital during the whole pregnancy period from June 2016 to December 2017 in the Department of Obstetrics Department of affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical College.There were 273 pregnant women diagnosed as hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(diagnosis according to the 2015 edition of guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of hypertension complicating pregnancy)as the study group.The study group was divided into three groups: Hypertension complicating pregnancy group(n =117),Mild eclampsia group(n=66),Severe preeclampsia group(n=54),Chronic hypertension complicated with preeclampsia group(n=12),Chronic hypertension with pregnancy(n=24).Only 1 case of eclampsia was eclampsia among all the selected subjects,and the eclampsia group was removed from the eclampsia group because there was no statistical significance in the few cases.The control group consisted of 631 pregnant women with normal delivery at the same time.The levels of serum uric acid in pregnant women were measured.The abnormal serum uric acid group and normal serum uric acid group were followed up with placental abruption,premature rupture of fetal membrane,fetal growth restriction,neonatal asphyxia,fetal distress and stillbirth in normal serum uric acid group and abnormal serum uric acid group.Result:1.There was no significant difference in age,pregnancy,delivery,gestational age,gestational weight gain between gestational hypertension disorder group and normal pregnancy control group(P < 0.05).2.The serum uric acid level in the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group was significantly higher than that in the normal pregnancy control group.3.The comparison of serum uric acid content among hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group showed that the uric acid content increased gradually with the development of the disease,and the difference was statistically significant.4.Comparison of pregnancy outcome in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy: fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia and premature delivery FGR in abnormal serum uric acid group were significantly higher than those in normal uric acid group.5.Comparison of pregnancy outcome in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy: placental abruption and stillbirth in abnormal serum uric acid level were significantly higher than those in normal uric acid group(P < 0.05).ConclusionHypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is one of the critical obstetric diseases.The incidence of the disease is high,and the influence on the pregnant women and perinatal infants is also greater.The severe condition will cause the death of the pregnant women and the perinatal infants.At present,there is no effective,economical and reliable method for predicting hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.If pregnant women of childbearing age can effectively predict the occurrence of PIH,find out in time,grasp the development and progress of the disease,and can formulate effective treatment and prevention measures.It will reduce the severe adverse pregnancy outcome in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.It has important clinical significance for improving the prognosis of perinatal infants and improving the survival rate of perinatal infants.This study shows that With the development of the disease,the serum uric acid content of pregnant women is increasing,and with the increase of serum uric acid content of pregnant women,the adverse pregnancy outcome will be higher for pregnant women and perinatal infants.It can be concluded that serum uric acid level in pregnant women of childbearing age has certain clinical significance in predicting pregnancy outcome of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. |
