| Objective:To examina the expression of E-cadherin and ?-catenin in hepatocellular Cancer and to clarify the relationship between their expression and the clinicopatholoic features in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.In order to clarify the relation between E-cadherin and ?-catenin in the carcinoma metastasis.Materials and Methods:All tissues samples were taken from 54 patients with hepatocellular cancer after surgery Department of Taian City Central Hospital from January,2015 to December,2017.All tissue samples were cut in 4?m continually.At the same time,there were anther 20 normal hepatocellular tissue as contrast,and all the speciments,expression of E-cadherin and ?-catenin were determined by imunohistochemical technique.Results:The E-cadherin positive expression rate in hepatocellular cancer was 63%,and it was 100% expressed in normal tissue(P?0.01).E-cadherin expression was related with the degree of differentiation(P?0.01),lymph node metastasis(P?0.05),and the size of hepatocellular tumour(P?0.01).The ?-catenin positive expression rate in hepatocellular cancer was 51.9%,and it was 100% express in normal tissue(P?0.01).The ?-catenin expression was related with the degree of differentiation(P?0.01),lymph node metastasis(P?0.05),and the size of hepatocellular tumour(P?0.05).Conclution:The expressions of E-cadherin and ?-catenin are associated with hepatocellular cancer.They are negatively correlated with clinical stage and lymphtive of hepatocellular cancer tissues.The examination of E-cadherin and ?-catenin may be a valuable marker for the diagnosis and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and provide a method of clinical biological treatment. |
