Abstract/Summary:
ObjectiveBy detecting hashimoto thyroiditis combined urine iodine and thyroid papillary carcinoma patients preoperative thyroid function and iodine sodium transporter(NIS)expression and distribution,research and analysis of the patient’s iodine nutritional status and the NIS expression and hashimoto’s thyroiditis merger of the relationship between thyroid papillary carcinoma.Methodes1.Selection in December 2014-October 2015 in liaocheng city in shandong province people’s hospital of thyroid breast surgery in patients undergoing surgery for 249cases as experimental group,at the same time obtaining the hospital physical examination center,health physical examination data of 120 cases as control group,the application inmanufacturing urinary iodine determination kindergarden controls and patients with different pathological types of urinary iodine level,including hashimoto thyroiditis merged thyroid papillary carcinoma(HT merger PTC),nodular goiter with thyroid papillary carcinoma(PTC)NG merger,nodular goiter(NG),hashimoto thyroiditis(HT).Combination of thyroid function in patients with preoperative status(FT3,FT4,TSH,TPOAb)were analyzed.2.Collect in December 2014-October 2015 in liaocheng city in shandong province people’s hospital of mammary gland thyroid surgery surgical treatment of thyroid disease patients archive wax block,reservation is designed according to the experimental group randomly selected from nodular goiter(NG),35 cases,hashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT)in 35cases,nodular goiter with thyroid papillary carcinoma(PTC)NG merger 30 cases,hashimoto thyroiditis merged thyroid papillary carcinoma group(HT merger PTC)30cases.Use of the method of immunohistochemical staining,detection of each different thyroid disease tissue NIS expression level.Results1.The control group with the"students’urine iodine median no significant difference(P>0.05),urinary iodine median hashimoto group was obviously higher than that of control group and the first division,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Hashimoto thyroiditis combined urine iodine median papillary carcinoma group was obviously higher than that of nodular goiter with papillary carcinoma group,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Hashimoto,with hashimoto and function in preoperative thyroid papillary carcinoma with the first division,comparison and a combination of papillary carcinoma group were statistical differences,P<0.05).Main show is FT3 and FT4 decrease,the rise of TSH3.Group,the merger of hashimoto papillary carcinoma group hashimoto urine iodine level and TSH and TPOAb show the positive correlation.4.In hashimoto’s thyroiditis with thyroid papillary carcinoma,iodine excess and the high level of TSH between the statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Hashimoto thyroiditis of NIS protein expression positive rate was 17.14%,and nodular goiter was 37.14%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Hashimoto thyroiditis with papillary carcinoma tissue of NIS protein expression positive rate was53.33%,nodular goiter with papillary carcinoma was 70.00%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Hashimoto thyroiditis organization NIS protein expression of cellular membrane in positive rate was 14.29%,and nodular goiter was 31.43%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Hashimoto thyroiditis with papillary carcinoma tissue membrane of NIS protein expression positive rate was 6.66%,nodular goiter with papillary carcinoma was 10.00%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Hashimoto thyroiditis with papillary carcinoma was transferred to 14 cases of NIS protein positive expression rate of 64.29%,nodular goiter with papillary carcinoma was transferred to 11 cases of NIS protein positive expression rate of 81.82%.Statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The former NIS protein on the cell membrane of positive expression rate is 7.14%,the latter NIS protein positive expression rate of 18.18%on the cell membrane.Statistically significant difference(P<0.05).8.Nodular goiter with papillary carcinoma was metastasis in patients with primary tumors and metastases of NIS protein expression correlation(r=0.793,P<0.001).Hashi moto’s thyroiditis with papillary carcinoma was metastasis in patients with primary tumors and metastases of NIS protein expression correlation(r=0.683,P<0.001).Conclusion1.Hashimoto thyroiditis merged thyroid papillary carcinoma in urine iodine at higher levels,urine iodine level and TSH and TPOAb performance is positively related to.Iodine excess higher TSH levels with statistical significance.2.The function of NIS protein localization in thyroid follicular cell membranes,the NIS protein in hashimoto’s thyroiditis with papillary carcinoma in primary tumors and metastases expression level lower than control group,and significant differences in the distribution of the cell membrane and cytoplasm.3.The iodine as a factor involved in the hashimoto thyroiditis combined occurrence or development process of thyroid papillary carcinoma.Hashimoto thyroiditis merged thyroid papillary carcinoma NIS protein in primary tumors and metastases of cellular localization and expression level difference,to a certain extent,have certain guiding significance for the treatment of postoperative I131.
