Research On Drug-resistance Tendency Of Pseudomon Asaeruginosa In A General Hospital And On CHINET In China From 2005 To 2014

Objective To investigate drug resistance tendencies of P.asaeruginosa in Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital and on CHINET in China and explore the difference between them in order to guide the reasonable medication.Methods Susceptibility rates of 9041 strains of P.asaeruginosa in Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital from 2005 to 2014 were determined by K-B methods.The data were collected by software WHONET 5.6 and analysed by software R2.12.1 with the application of Cox-Staurt trend test.Using “CHINET drug resistance surveillance”as keyword and searching the database Chinese National Knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)from January 1,2005 to December 31,2015 so as to get CHINET drug resistance surveillance reports from 2005 to 2014.The data were collected by software Excel 2007 and analysed by software R2.12.1 with the application of Cox-Staurt trend test.Using software SPSS 18.0 to compare the difference between Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital and CHINET.Results9041 strains of P.asaeruginosa were isolated in Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital from 2005 to 2014.The isolating rate was 21.05%.Both the isolating number and the isolating rate rank first among other pathogen strains.Most strains were isolated from sputum(78.35%),and followed by secretion(10.57%)and urine(4.18%).Most strains were disributed in respiratory ward(36.72%),ICU(30.61%)and urinary surgery(13.9%).The isolating strains of P.Asaeruginosa were in an increasing trend,while the isolating rate had no variation trend.The drug resistance rate of P.asaeruginosa to Ceftiaxone was63.74%,being the highest,to Ceftazidime was 41.63%,being the lowest.The drugresistant strains of P.asaeruginosa to Ceftazidime and Aztreonam were in decreasing trends,while the drug resistant strains of P.asaeruginosa to Piperacilin,Piperacillin/Tazobactam,Ceftriaxone,Cefepime,Imipenem,Amikacin,Gentamicin and Levofloxacin had no variation trend.The drug resistance rates of P.asaeruginosa to Piperacilin,Piperacillin/Tazobactam,Amikacin,Gentamicin and Levofloxacin were in decreasing trends,while the drug resistance rates of P.asaeruginosa to Ceftazidime,Ceftriaxone,Cefepime,Aztreonam and Imipenem had no variation trend.3290 strains of multiple Multidrug Resistent P.aeruglnosa(MDRPA)were isolated in Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital during the decade,which account for 36.39% of all isolated strains of P.asaeruginosa.MDRPA strains were in an increasing trend,but its percentage of P.asaeruginosa had no variation trend.CHINET drug resistance surveillance reports showed that the drug resistance rates of P.asaeruginosa to Piperacilin,Cefepime,Piperacillin/Tazobactam,Imipenem,Gentamicin,Amikacin and Ciprofloxacin were in decreasing trends,while the drug resistant rates of P.asaeruginosa to Ceftazidime,Cefoperazone,Aztreonam,Ticarcillin-clavulanic acid,Cefoperazone-sulbactam and Meropenem had no variation trend.The drug resistance rates of P.asaeruginosa to Piperacilin,Piperacillin/Tazobactam,Ceftazidime,Cefepime,Aztreonam,Imipenem,Amikacin and Gentamicin had statistical significant differences between Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital and CHINET from 2005 to 2014(P<0.05);the overall level of the drug resistance rates of P.asaeruginosa in Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital were higer than on CHINET.The drug resistance rates of P.asaeruginosa to Piperacilin,Piperacillin/Tazobactam,Amikacin and Gentamicin in Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital and on CHINET both had downword trend.The drug resistance rates of P.asaeruginosa to Ceftazidime and Aztreonam in Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital and on CHINET both had no change trend.The drug resistance rates of P.asaeruginosa to Cefepime and Imipenem in Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital had no change trend,while the statistics on CHINET had downword trend.Conclusion The statistics in Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital and on CHINET from2005 to 2014 showed that the trend of P.asaeruginosa drug resistance tended to be stable or decling,while the drug resistance level were still very high.As a whole,the drug resistance level in Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital was higher than on CHINET.P.asaeruginosa is a very significant kind of pathogen which could cause nosocomial infection.We should strengthen our drug resistance surveillance to get drug abuse downand decrease drug tolerace.
