ObjectiveBy using the method of questionnaire survey, the mental health status of inpatients after coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)was studied. From the perspective of positive psychology and the theoretical framework of the system model of psychoelastic dynamics, the mental elasticity, the individual characteristic system from the internal protective factors of psychoelastic and the family support from the external protective factors were discussed The influence of the system and social support system on the mental health of the group can guide nurses to take intervention measures from the perspective of positive psychology, and provide relevant policies and suggestions for reducing and improving the mental health of inpatients after CABG.MethodThis study is a cross-sectional study.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 215 patients hospitalized after CABG operation in two tertiary and first-class general hospitals in Jinan,Shandong Province, using convenient sampling method.Survey tools include General demographic data and clinical data of patients hospitalized after CABG?The 10 item Kessler Psychological Distress Scale(Kessler10)?Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale 10(CD-RISC10)?Positive Phyehological Questionnaire(PPQ)?Multidimentional Health Locus of Control Scale(MHLC)?Simpllifed Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)?Family Hardiness Index(FHI)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Spss22.0 software was used to analyze the data, including descriptive analysis, independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear stratified regression analysis.Result1.In this study,a total of 250 questionnaires were distributed,215 of which were valid and 86%of which were effective. In this study,111 males(51.6%)and 104 females(48.4%)were hospitalized after CABG,the average age of hospitalized patients after CABG was(63.98±7.68)),104 patients(48.4%)with grade ?cardiac function and 183 patients(85.1%)with non-cardiopulmonary bypass.2.The Kessler10 score of mental health of inpatients after CABG was 10-39,with an average score of(20.39±5.83).Among them,49(22.8%)were in good mental health(10-15),72(33.5%)were in general(16-21),83(38.6%)were in poor mental health(22-39),and 11(5.1%)were in poor mental health(30-50).3.Univariate analysis showed that cardiac function status and whether cardiopulmonary bypass had significant effects on mental health of inpatients after CABG(P<0.05).4.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between mental health K10 score and mental resilience score, positive psychological capital(self-efficacy,resilience,optimism,hope),positive coping score, family resilience(responsibility, control, challenge),objective support score and support utilization score(r=-0.138 to-0.478,respectively).Both P<0.05)were positively correlated with negative coping score(r=0.377,P<0.01)and opportunity score(r=0.195,P<0.01).5.The results of multiple linear regression showed that negative coping style(beta=0258,P<0.01),self-efficacy(beta=-0A99,P<0.05),resilience(bela=-0.374,P<0.01),optimism(beta=-0.144,P<0.05),internal control in the source of health psychological control(bela=-0.118,P<0.05),control in family resilience(beta=-0.286,P<0.01)were CABG.The predictive factors of mental health of hospitalized patients after CABG can explain 44.8%of the total variation of mental health.Conclusion1.The mental health status of inpatients after CABG is in the middle level,of which 77.2%are in poor mental health status, which needs to be paid attention to by medical staff.Medical staff should not only improve the operation quality to improve the patients' physical function, but also improve the patients' mental health level after CABG.2.Psychological resilience, positive psychological capital(self-efficacy,resilience,optimism and hope),coping style(positive response, negative response),social support(objective support, support utilization),family resilience(responsibility, control and challenge),and source of health psychological control(opportunity)can affect the mental health level of inpatients after CABG.Therefore,in clinical work, medical staff can improve the resilience level and positive psychological capital level of inpatients after CABG operation, encourage patients to adopt more positive coping styles, family resilience is better, and encourage patients to get more objective support and effective use, which can improve the mental health level of patients3.The predictive factors of mental health level of inpatients after CABG include self-efficacy,resilience and optimism in positive psychological capital, negative coping style, internal control in source of health psychological control and control in family resilience. Therefore,in the health education of inpatients after CABG,medical staff help patients improve their self-efficacy and resilience, cultivate patients, optimistic attitude, and actively face the treatment of diseases;improve patients' awareness of coping styles and skills, reduce the adoption of negative coping styles;encourage patients to make the locus of psychological control tend to the locus of internal control, and enhance self-management.Ability:Encourage family members to see their own toughness, and strengthen their ability to control life events,so as to improve the mental health level of patients.
