Objective:As Cldn6 belong to predicted intracellular proteins and predicted membrane proteins class, the prediction of its effects and complications caused by the effects in liver cancer tissue, surgically removed tissue specimens were gathered as samples for Immuno-Histo-Chemistry detection and Histology by scholars. Then Real time PCR reaction in duplicates was performed.Denaturation and relatives quantification was performed for the study too.Material and Methods:Our method for a better planning of the research study was Comparative Multi-Study method. While studying from Libraries,we visited the concerned hospitals where we could get the data of the patients treated for hepatoma carcinoma.RESULTS:CLDN6 expression is associated with ER? expression.Slight membranous positivity was predominantly detected in an apical localization in HCC cells organized intrabecular/ glandular/acinar structures, whereas an almost completely circumscribed positivity was revealed in tumor cells of CRLM and PLM/ Normal and non-tumorous tissue surrounding liver bile ducts showed intense positivity, whereas hepatocytes revealed faint positivity.CONCLUSION:Study urges to underscore the significance of CLDN6 in progression and that CLDN6 is not an old candidate oncogene. Thus cldn6 targeting may only offer in the future for utility of clinic and surgery.
