| Objectives:To analyze the correlation between serum lipids and Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma(OSCC),and to discuss the clinical value of serum lipids in the diagnosis and treatment of OSCC.Methods:Collecting the no anti-tumor treatment cases that clinical staging and pathological diagnosis is clear and visit to oral and maxillofacial surgery of the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Kunming Medical University from October 2017 to January 2019 the first,A total of 315 cases are divided into three groups,group A.:82 patients with OSCC;Group B:151 patients of benign lesions located in the oral and maxillofacial region(including jaw cysts,mucinous cysts,etc.);Group C:82 other oral cancer in addition to OSCC(including salivary gland cancer,sarcoma,jaw cancer,lymphoma,etc.).Data are collected for all patients including age,gender,height,weight,medical history,pathological diagnosis and TNM staging,blood pressure,blood glucose,serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipid High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(HDL-C),Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(HDL-C),Apolipoprotein B(ApoB),Apolipoprotein E(ApoE),Apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1),Lipoprotein a(Lpa),Free Fatty Acid(FFA),Free Cholesterol(FC).The SPSS 23.0 statistical software is used for database construction and statistical analysis.The measurement data are expressed as mean±standard deviation(±S),the count data is expressed as the number of cases(percentage)n(%),and the measurement data are compared using independent sample t test.Three groups are compared using one-way analysis of variance.There is a statistical difference between the three groups and further comparison with SLD.The Lpa level does not conform to the normal distribution.The rank sum test is used.Binary logistic regression analysis is used to analyze whether various abnormalities of serum lipid profiles increase the risk of OSCC P<0.05 is considered statistically significant.Results:(1)The difference of Lpa levels between group A and group B is statistically significant(P<0.001),and the level of Lpa in group A is higher than that in group B.There is no significant difference in the level of Lpa between group B and group C(P=0.059);There is no significant difference in the level of Lpa between the group and the C group(P=0.502).The difference of ApoE levels between group A and group B is statistically significant(P=0.012),and the level of ApoE in group A is higher than that in group B.There is no significant difference in ApoE level between group B and group C(P=0.943);group A and C The difference in ApoE levels is statistically significant(P=0.031),and the ApoE level in group A is higher than that in group C.The difference of FFA levels between group A and group B is statistically significant(P=0.004),and the level of FFA in group A was higher than that in group B.There is no significant difference in the level of FFA between group B and group C(P=0.333);group A and C There is no significant difference in FFA levels between the groups(P=0.095)(2)There was no significant difference in serum lipid levels between OSCC patients grouped according to different degrees of differentiation(P>0.05).(3)The serum lipid levels of OSCC patients grouped according to different clinical stages showed that the difference of HDL-C levels is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the level of HDL-C in stage I is the lowest.There is no significant difference in other serum lipid levels.(4)OSCC according to the presence or absence of lymph node metastasis group showed the differences of TC,FC,HDL-C,LDL-C and ApoA1 levels were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the level of lymph node metastasis was higher than that of non-metastasis group.There was no significant difference in other lipid levels(P>0.05).(5)Logistic regression analysis showed that Lpa(OR=13.65,P<0.001),ApoE(OR=2.46,P=0.01),FFA(OR=3.23,P=0.01)were risk factors of OSCC.Conclusions:The levels of Lpa,ApoE,and FAA in OSCC patients are elevated than patients with Oral and maxillofacial benign lesions,and the ApoE levels of OSCC patients are higher than other oral cancer in addition to OSCC.Lpa,ApoE,and FAA elevation are closely related to OSCC.The degree of differentiation of OSCC does not affect its blood lipid level,but it is associated with lymph node metastasis.The degree of differentiation of OSCC does not affect serum lipid levels,but is associated with lymph node metastasis.The levels of TC,FC,HDL-C,LDL-C,and ApoAl in patients with lymph node metastasis are higher than those in non-metastatic patients.Patients with OSCC have varying degrees of abnormal serum lipid levels.OSCC patients should pay attention to their serum lipid levels,especially ApoE and Lpa levels,while anti-tumor treatment.Rational using the statins auxiliary treatment may benefit for OSCC patients. |
