Objective:Of this study is through the comparison between OSAHS patients and normal control group serum A-FABP and E-FABP levels and metabolism related data,and by comparing the serum A-FABP and E-FABP levels before and after treatment in OSAHS patients.The relationship between A-FABP and E-FABP and OSAHS is discussed.Methods:Completely random sampling method selected 60 OSAHS patients from ENT&HN surgery department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from December 2017 to December 2018 as a experimental group.In the control group,30 healthy people from physical examination center.Experimental group were divided two groups:mild group(5?AHI<15)and moderate-to-severe group(AHI?15).All subjects completed the polysomnography(PSG)and recorded the AHI and the L-SaO2.All subjects were tested for fasting A-FABP,E-FABP,TC and TG.All patients measure height,body weight and calculate body mass index(BMI).The AHI,serum A-FABP and E-FABP were reexamined in the experimental group 3 months after treatment.To evaluate the correlation between A-FABP,E-FABP and OSAHS,and to explore the possible mechanism of A-FABP and E-FABP in OSAHS.Results:There was no statistical difference in general clinical data such as height,sex and age between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).In the control group and the experimental groups,body weight,BMI,AHI and A-FABP was increased,and the L-SaO2 decreased successively(P<0.05).The TG of moderate-to-severe group was highter than mild group and control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TC and E-FABP among different groups of subjects(P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between serum A-FABP and age,height and TC,but a positive correlation was found between serum A-FABP and body weight,BMI,TG,AHI and E-FABP.A negative correlation was found with L-SaO2.There was no significant correlation between serum E-FABP and height,body weight,BMI,TG,L-SaO2 and AHI,but a positive correlation was found between serum E-FABP and age,TC.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that:AHI=54.734+0.755A-FABP+0.247 ??-0.934L-SPO2.After treatment,A-FABP,E-FABP and AHI in mild group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,A-FABP and AHI in moderate-to-severe group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in E-FABP before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The serum A-FABP level of OSAHS patients was higher than that of healthy people,the difference was significant,and the more serious the OSAHS condition was,the higher the serum A-FABP level was.2.After treatment,the levels of AHI and serum A-FABP in OSHAS patients decreased.3.The serum E-FABP level of OSAHS patients was not significantly different from that in healthy people.The serum E-FABP level in mild patients decreased after effective treatment.4.Serum A-FABP can be used as one of the indicators to detect the severity of OSAHS.
