ObjectiveLung cancer is still the most common malignant tumor in the world,and the mortality and mortality rate ranks first among all malignant tumors.Therefore,reducing its morbidity and mortality is still the primary problem that needs to be solved.This study aimed to detect the expression of WSB2 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and adjacent lung tissues by immunohistochemical staining at the tissue level,and to study the correlation between the clinical pathological parameters of its and NSCLC.To explore the possible clinical application value of WSB2 in NSCLC,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of NSCLC.MethodsThe third affiliated hospital of Kunming Medical University(Yunnan Cancer Hospital-Yunnan Cancer Center)collected the lung cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of 96 patients with NSCLC who underwent radical resection of lung cancer from January 2009 to December 2016.By embedding paraffin?making pathological tissue sections,and the expression of WSB2 in NSCLC cancer tissues and adjacent lung tissues was detected by immunohistochemical staining,and the correlation between them and various clinical and pathological parameters was analyzed.Results1.WSB2 is highly expressed in NSCLC cancer tissuesWSB2 was highly expressed in cancer tissues,WSB2 was lowly expressed in adjacent tissues,and WSB2 was positively expressed in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.Statistical analysis,P<0.001,the difference was statistically significant.2.The expression of WSB2 in lung adenocarcinoma is significantly higher than that of lung squamous cell carcinomaWSB2 was highly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma tissues,WSB2 was lowly expressed in lung squamous cell carcinoma,and WSB2 was positively expressed in lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous cell carcinoma.Statistical analysis showed P<0.004,and the difference was statistically significant.3.The expression of WSB2 in stage ?A of lung adenocarcinoma is higher than stage ? and stage ?WSB2 was highly expressed in stage ?A of AJCC stage.WSB2 was expressed in stage ?Aof AJCC stage,and was positively expressed in stage ?A,stage ? and stage I.Statistical analysis P<0.004,the difference was statistically significant.significance.Conclusion1.The expression of WSB2 in NSCLC tissues is significantly higher than that in adjacent normal lung tissues,suggesting that WSB2 may be involved in the occurrence and development of NSCLC;2.The expression of WSB2 in lung adenocarcinoma is significantly higher than that in lung squamous cell carcinoma,suggesting that WSB2 may play a more important role in the development and progression of lung adenocarcinoma?...
