With the development of modern medical technology,endoscopy has been widely used in the medical field.As an extension of doctors' eyes and hands,endoscopy has reached the "all-pervasive" state.Endoscopy can diagnose or treat many diseases.With regard to Helicobacter pylori and other bacteria or viruses that may be transmitted by endoscopy,endoscopy cleaning and disinfection has attracted more and more attention.At present,the manufacturing process of endoscopes is becoming more and more complex,and the internal surface of endoscopes is the place where dirt and dirt are hidden.Especially after the formation of biofilm,endoscopes can hardly be cleaned and disinfected.Cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes was originally a purely manual operation without reference standards or guidelines.Later,countries have established corresponding standards or guidelines in line with their own national conditions,endoscopic cleaning and disinfection has entered a new era.Endoscope cleaning workstation avoids unpredictable consequences brought by manual operation.Endoscopes are cleaned and disinfected strictly in accordance with national standards.A traceability system is established to ensure the standardization of cleaning process,traceability of cleaning records and minimization of human factors.Therefore,endoscopic cleaning workstation is not only a mandatory requirement of the state,but also an urgent need for medical institutions.Through understanding the history of endoscopy,this paper analyzes the status of endoscopy and decontamination at home and abroad.The importance of developing endoscopy cleaning workstation is clarified,and the practical value of this paper is also reflected.Through the author's actual investigation and analysis of relevant standards,the embedded control controller of endoscope cleaning workstation is designed as a whole.And the embedded control scheme of endoscopic cleaning workstation system based on STM32 embedded MCU is given.The control scheme presented in this paper is mainly composed of upper computer,communication bus and embedded controller.The upper computer runs the endoscope cleaning and disinfection traceability system,which is responsible for recording,identifying,managing and monitoring the various processes of endoscope cleaning and disinfection.It takes the place of manual recording,so that the whole process of cleaning and disinfection of endoscope is in the controllable range.The controller adopts distributed structure to fulfill the business function requirements of each link of endoscope cleaning and disinfection,and reduces the complexity of system design.The controller uses STM32F103 chip as the core processor and adopts modular design,which makes the controller easier to implement.The communication bus links several controllers distributed on the endoscope cleaning workstation to the upper computer.Through the self defined simplified Mod-bus protocol,the data of the decontamination process is transmitted to the database of the upper computer.The mirror cleaning workstation product has passed the hardware,software and system debugging test,and the test results fully meet the design requirements.Meanwhile,the authorities in Sichuan also tested the product and issued a test report.In the practical application of hundreds of medical institutions in China,the functions of the controller are normal and stable.Show higher reliability of the controller.
