Objective: In laparoscopic appendectomy, appendix mesangial vessels treatment is always the key point and the difficulty of the operation,in relation to the prognosis of patients with operation safety and also is one of the most controversial problems? The previous studys of the mesangial vessels treatment are all lack of the control of the other factors,so the value of conclusion reference is limited and it also affects clinical doctors' decisions. So in this paper,by observing the laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of chronic appendicitis,by silk thread ligation and the monopolar electrocoagulation and Hemolok clip method and treatment of appendix mesangial the postoperative efficacy of blood vessels, with no serious effect under the condition of the appendix infections and other infections, analysis could potentially cause of postoperative fever and abdominal pain,at the same time analysis the method of their hospital stay, postoperative recovery time of food intake, body temperature and pain if there is a correlation, combined with the data analysis of advantages and disadvantages of various methods and clinical safety. Methods: Selection of theTianjin third central hospital general surgery between January 2016 and June 2017 in pathology confirmed chronic appendicitis appendicitis treated and after treated with laparoscopic appendectomy,a total of 43 cases, intraoperative are processed using the monopolar electrocoagulation appendix mesangial vessels;Selection of tianjin binhai new area dagang hospital general surgery from 2014 to 2014 treated in postoperative pathology confirmed for chronic appendicitis appendicitis and laparoscopic appendectomy treatment of cases,a total of 45 cases, including 30 cases by silk thread ligation method and Hemolok clip method 15 cases.Set unipolar electric coagulation group to group, ligation clip group set as the control group, and then respectively according to the length of hospital stay, recovery time of food intake, postoperative body temperature and abdominal pain were compared between the two groups and ligation in the clip of group comparison. Results: In terms of postoperative fever, they are all occurred three days after the surgery, unipolar electric coagulation group a total of 19 cases, accounted for about 44% of the total number of this group of patients, which account for 89.5% of the group total fever cases below 38.5 ?,ligation clip group a total of 2 people, about 4.4% of this group of patients, are all below 38.5 ?,but the length of hospital stay, postoperative hemorrhage, recovery time of food intake, and no significant differences(P < 0.05);Hemolok method and silk ligation method were not comparable in the heating rate, and there was no significant difference between the silk ligation group and Hemolok group in the average hospitalization day and feeding time(P<0.05).In the case of abdominal pain, there was only one case of unipolar electrocoagulation group, but there was no fever in the patients with abdominal pain, and there was no significant extension of hospitalization time. Conclusion: unipolar electrocoagulation has a high rate of fever, which may be related to tissue necrosis and absorption related to electrocoagulation. However, fever has no significant effect on hospital time, postoperative recovery and normal feeding time.Postoperative severe abdominal pain and fever may not occur at the same time, but the sample size should be further increased to verify.
