The production of bag and box in China has occupied the dominant position in the world,which accounts for more than 70% of the world.There are more and more enterprises and workers engage in the production of bag and box,among which the small and medium ones are the main force.With the rapid development of the luggage industry,many occupational hazards or health problems also emerge.The raw materials of the bags are mainly made up of fabric(such as leather,textile,plastic,etc.)and accessories,which use a lot of chemical materials and auxiliaries in the process of production.For example,a large number of organic solvents are used in the brush post,and a large number of toxic substances(such as toluene,hexane,acetone,etc.)will be produced in the process of use.Because the production process is mainly by hand,the concentration of toluene and other harmful substances in the field is so serious that acute occupational diseases and hazards are easily harbored.And that could seriously endanger the workers' health.But at present,the danger of toluene and other toxic substances in the brush workshop have not yet attracted enough attention from small and medium-sized luggage processing enterprises.This paper investigates the occupational hazards and their protection in the typical bag and box industry,analyzes the dangers of the brush shop,classifies the risk of occupational hazards in the brush shop,compares the protective ventilation mode of the poison in the brush shop,and develops the key technology of long-term protection in a large area of brush shop.And the control characteristics,the design of the poison prevention system for toxic waste in the brush shop of the demonstration enterprise is then laid out,and applied demonstration is illustrated.The uniform blow and suction ventilation system with low wind and air flow in the typical bag and box industry,which is developed in this paper,fully considered the actual situation of the brush shop in the typical bag and box industry in our country.It can effectively control the harmful substances discharged between the brushing workshop,reduce the cost of input,and meet the demand for energy saving.It has advanced technology and practicability at the same time.The uniform blow and suction ventilation system with low wind speed greatly reduces the inhomogeneity of the wind speed of the control surface,increases the control distance of the blow and suction ventilation system,effectively controls the disturbing air flow caused by the hand movement of the brush,and improves the anti-disturbance airflow capacity of the blow and suction ventilation system.
