The acceleration of urbanization and aging has increased the number of obese women and increased the likelihood of obesity women suffering from diabetes.Female diabetic patients are more likely to have complications than male diabetic patients, affecting the healthy development of society, and greatly reducing the happiness index of patients. This paper firstly screens the main factors affecting diabetes disease, and combines logistic regression with three discriminant analyses to make a more accurate diagnosis of whether women have diabetes. Then, according to the information gain rule, the blood glucose and BMI index affecting female diabetes are screened.Important indicators, build a decision tree, form a rapid diagnosis of whether women have diabetes, reduce the difficulty of model identification, and save the patient a large number of indicators of medical costs, experimentally prove the combination model of decision tree model and logistic regression and discriminant analysis The diagnostic results are in good agreement and consistent with the sampling results. At the end of the paper, the prevention measures for female diabetes were also proposed to reduce the risk of diabetes in women.
