Study On Medical Risk Management Of Acid Beauty In Weihai Municipal Hospital

In recent years,with the increase of people's income,the pursuit of beauty,more and more people choose the way of the beauty of acid.Skin acid beauty which has the advantages of simpleness,safety and less damage to the skin,is gradually recognized by the medical profession and the public.However,cosmetic beauty is also accompanied by some medical risks,such as,the side effects of medicine and their inappropriate methods and the exclusion of their own characteristics and so on.In this thesis,we use Weihai Municipal Hospital dermatology acid cosmetic project as the research object and analyze and evaluate the medical risks of cosmetic acid,and then we put forward the corresponding solutions and countermeasures.In this thesis,the research on medical risk management of dermatology acid new technology project can find its corresponding types of risks theoretically and propose the best solution of medical risk management so as to promote the research on the aesthetic risk management of medical acid.This thesis through the Weihai Municipal Hospital dermatology and Cosmetology Branch survey found that dermatology acid new technology project medical risk management have four main problems,including frequent medical malpractice,medical disputes,high medical costs,the lack of risk System analysis.In response to the existing problems,this thesis further reveals the underlying reasons behind the problems.This research mainly analyzes the medical risk factors affecting the beauty acid new technology project through the expert investigation method and two rounds of questionnaire survey,including: medical staff risk,nursing risk,medical device risk,medicine risk,medical treatment Technical risk,the hospital's own risk,the disease's own risk,the patient's own risk and doctor-patient communication risk.Out of the three major risks facing the new acid project,the fuzzy-analytic approach to outpatient risk,medical technology risk and the patient's own risk are the three major risks that the new acid project has to face.From the risk point of view,the project's risk is controllable,therefore,the project has the feasibility.Finally,this thesis proposed the diagnosis and treatment of acid program and the target of the program,that is,preoperative prevention,intraoperative risk control and postoperative prevention,and proposed the establishment of medical risk monitoring and early warning mechanism,the combination of medical risk management and big data recommendations.At the same time,this thesis puts forward the safeguard measures to implement the risk management and control risks,such as building the medical culture,popularizing the basic knowledge of medical beauty and improving the professional technical ability of the medical staff,so as to better manage the risk of the beauty acid project.
