The primary motor cortex is a senior central control of a variety of human motion, the in-depth research on motor neuron diseases such as Alzheimer's disease has shown that the decline in motor function is accompanied by disrupted changes in the coordination of large-scale brain functional networks. So exploring the mysteries of the brain from the brain network perspective is very important to provide a theoretical basis for motor nerve disease.Continuous theta burst stimulation(cTBS)is a new type of transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)model.Compared with the conventional mode of TMS,cTBS can be stimulated with lower stimulation intensity and less stimulation time so as to induce the change of brain cortex excitability for longer periods of time to achieve the purpose of treatment effect.Pseudo stimulation and cTBS stimulation were used to stimulate the primary motor cortex of subjects.EEG signals were collected before and after stimulation, and the brain functional network was constructed and analyzed. The stimulation of the primary motor cortex of subjects was stimulated by pseudo stimulation and cTBS,the finger movement test was conducted and the EEG signals was collected at the same time before and after stimulation. The brain functional network was constructed and analyzed. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Firstly,the exercise threshold measurement experiments were carried out,and the motion thresholds of different subjects were measured respectively.cTBS stimulation and pseudo stimulation were used to stimulate the primary motor cortex and then collected the EEG signals.cTBS stimulation and pseudo stimulation were used to stimulate the primary motor cortex of subjects, and the finger movement test was carried out before and after the stimulation, and the EEG signals was collected.Among them, the cTBS stimulation with30% moter threshold, the stimulation frequency is 5Hz,and the stimulation site was the primary motor cortex of the left hemisphere of the brain, and the stimulation length was1 min.The experimental coils of the pseudo stimulation group were placed vertically with the brain scalp of the subjects, and the experimental parameters were consistent with the cTBS group. The subjects were able to hear the sound of the magnetic stimulator, but they did not recieve any effective stimulation.(2)Using the theory of complex network based on graph theory completed the construct of brain functional network magnetic stimulation of the brain motor cortex, analyzed different stimulation conditions of brain functional connectivity, and referring to the complex network properties of brain functional networks under different stimulation state, the parameters were calculated and analyzed statistically.(3)Analyzed the parameters of each finger movement, the correct rate and the response time in different state,to construct the brain function network of the finger button movement test, and to analyze the characteristic parameters of the brain function network.Based on the construction and analysis of the brain functional network of the brain motor cortex stimulated by magnetic stimulation, the effect of cTBS on the brain functional network was explored from the point of view of the functional network of brain. The results showed that cTBS stimulation had an inhibition effect on cortical excitability, and the statistical analysis showed that the change of the brain functional network parameters caused by cTBS stimulation was significant difference(P<0.05).It can be seen that cTBS can change the topological structure and network properties of the brain network, and affect the excitability of the cerebral cortex neurons.
