A Study On The Health Poverty Alleviation Of Shiyan

Health poverty alleviation is one of the core measures of national poverty alleviation strategy,is the key battle,or even the decisive battle,to win the battle against poverty,is related to the overall situation of poverty alleviation and comprehensive well-off plan.Shiyan is located in the qinba mountain area,is one of the state concentrated contiguous areas of extreme poverty,the eight counties are state-level poverty counties,the number of poverty is very large,the incidence of poverty is very high,has a significant representative.The analysis and research of the city's health poverty alleviation work will help promote the progress and development of health poverty alleviation work in this city and even the whole country.In the research process of this paper,the author mainly used the mehtods of literature research,empirical research and interviews to summarize the basic concept and related theories of health poverty alleviation,and made an investigation and in-depth analysis of health poverty alleviation policy change process,current situation and main problems in Shiyan.Through research and analysis,it is found that the health poverty alleviation work in Shiyan takes the lead in action and makes positive innovations,and has achieved excellent results.However,there are still some problems,such as inaccurate identification of health poverty alleviation targets,unreasonable policy design,strict implementation of medical institutions policies,great difficulty in capital guarantee,and shortage of health talents at the grass-roots level.Therefore,on the basis of the situation of Shiyan,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the health poverty alleviation work in Shiyan,including accurately identifying the objects of health poverty alleviation,optimizing policy supporting and connecting,increasing capital investment and management,strengthening the behavior supervision of medical institutions,strengthening the support of grassroots health talents.
