Objectives: This study is guided by the theoretical framework of Green model to investigate the knowledge, attitude, behavior, risk and self-efficacy of fall prevention in elderly stroke convalescent patients.Analyze the main influencing factors, formulate and implement targeted green model health education methods,The intervention effect was evaluated to reduce the incidence of falls in stroke convalescent patients. To investigate the knowledge, attitude, behavior, risk and self-efficacy of fall prevention in elderly stroke convalescent patients. Methods: This study consists of two parts. The first part is the baseline investigation,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 70 elderly stroke convalescent patients who met the inclusion criteria. The second part is the intervention study.According to the results of the questionnaire survey, the intervention method of green model health education was developed,Seventy elderly stroke patients admitted to the department of neurology of the 94 th hospital of the joint logistic support force of the Chinese people's liberation army were selected,Using the method of random sampling, divided into control group and experimental group of 35 cases,The control group received routine health education,The observation group adopted the green model health education method,Before the survey, the scores of the know-believe-behavior questionnaire for the prevention of falls in the two groups were compared after the follow-up of6 months,Fall risk assessment scale(FRAQ)score and fall self-efficacy scale(MFES)score.Results:1.In this study,a total of 70 cases of stroke convalescent patients were included,There were 35 cases in each control group and observation group. After six months of intervention,Control group lost 2 cases,33 cases,The mean age was(65.03±6.02)years,Observation group lost follow-up 1 case,34 cases,The mean age was(66.65±5.79)years,A total of 67 subjects were included and completed the intervention.2.The results of baseline survey: A total of 70 elderly stroke convalescent patients were included in this baseline investigation, the average score of fall prevention knowledge was(46.15±5.42),attitude score was(21.57±4.29),behavioral score was(32.03±5.44),Average overall risk of falling(34.30 ± 16.12),The average score of fall efficiency was(51.28 ±11.85).3.Results of intervention studies3.1 General information of the control and experimental groups before intervention, prevention of falls knowledge-faith-action,fall risk, there was no significant difference in self-efficacy score(P > 0.05),which was comparable.3.2 After 6 months of intervention, the scores of knowledge, attitude, and behavior of the two groups were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05),and the scores of each dimension and total score of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).3.3 After 6 months of intervention, the experimental group had a lower risk of falling than the control group.Among them, physiological dimension, pathological dimension and psychological dimension, the score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).In terms of biomechanics and environment, scores of the experimental group were compared with those of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.4 After 6 months of intervention, the scores of fall self-efficacy in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.Green model health education method can improve the knowledge, attitude and behavior of stroke convalescent patients to prevent falls.2.Green model health education method can effectively reduce the risk of falling in stroke convalescent patients.3.The green model of health education can improve the self-efficacy of stroke convalescent patients in preventing of falls.
