Sleep apnea syndrome?SAS?is a systemic disease that has seriously jeopardized human health.The patient's lack of awareness of the universality and severity of SAS leads to low treatment rate and low rate of active medical examination.Early detection and early diagnosis have become urgent problems for SAS patients.At present,the diagnostic criteria for sleep apnea syndrome is polysomnography?PSG?.PSG can only perform sleep monitoring in a professional sleep monitoring room.Commercial sleep breathing primary screening products on the market are expensive.Therefore,the development of a low-cost home sleep apnea primary screening system is of great significance for the early detection and early treatment of SAS.The paper designed a sleep system based on Android home sleep apnea syndrome,monitoring and initial screening of sleep apnea by real-time monitoring of human oral and nasal respiratory signals,chest breathing signals,abdominal respiratory signals and blood oxygen saturation signals.The research contents are as follows:Firstly,design the signal acquisition module,select MSP430F5529 as the main controller,use AFE4400 and ADS1220 and other design circuits to collect the human pulse wave?used to calculate SpO2?signal and the respiratory signals of the mouth,chest and abdomen respectively,and send the data to the mobile APP through BLE.Secondly,design the mobile phone Android APP,APP real-time monitoring of blood oxygen and breathing by BLE,processing analysis,generate preliminary screening report,and store the original data,preliminary screening report to the database,APP can also view historical monitoring records for data playback and data Export to the phone SD card.System experiment and test.Using the data from the St.Vincent University Hospital/Dublin University Sleep Apnea Database to test the sleep apnea primary screening algorithm,system power consumption test,and system stability test.At the same time,the paper also designs the algorithm,designs the filter to preprocess the respiratory signal and pulse wave signal,uses the difference method to calculate the respiratory amplitude,uses the dynamic differential threshold method to calculate the blood oxygen saturation,and designs the initial screening of the respiratory event according to the definition of clinical respiratory events.The algorithm performs preliminary screening for hypopnea and apnea events and analysis blood oxygen,and uses Matlab to simulate the algorithm and implement the algorithm in APP.Finally,the system test and experiment were carried out,and the sleep apnea initial screening algorithm was tested using the data of the St.Vincent University Hospital/Dublin University Sleep Apnea Database.The blood oxygenation algorithm and the monitor were used to test the blood oxygen saturation algorithm.Simulate the apnea experiment and test the system as a whole.System experiments and tests show that the Android APP works in conjunction with the hardware module to accurately monitor each signal in real time,and can store data,export data,and play back historical records.The system calculates the oxygen saturation error±2%,which is in line with the relevant specifications;the initial screening accuracy rate of the initial screening algorithm for apnea events and hypopnea events is higher than 81%,which basically reaches the initial screening level.
