Objectie: To observe the effect of the myofascial release manual on gastrointestinal dysfunction after lobectomy,it provides a basis for further clinical application and promotion. Methods: Forty patients who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 20 cases each, and the baseline data of the two groups were not statistically significant.Patients with postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction were treated with myofascial relaxation on the basis of basic drugs and routine nursing in the experimental group, while those in the control group were treated with basic drugs and routine nursing only. The first anal exhaust time, first defecation time and abdominal distension degree were observed and recorded. The observation results were analyzed by SPSS23.0.Results: Compared with the control group 1.After treatment, the recovery time of bowelsound in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(p<0.05).2.After treatment, the first flatus(FFL)in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(p<0.05).3.The first fees(FFE)of the experimental group was significantly shorter after treatment than that of the control group(p<0.05).4.Abdominal distension classification in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion: the results of this study suggest that the myofascial release manual can effectively relieve gastrointestinal dysfunction after lobectomy. The myofascial release manual is a simple, safe and effective method.
