Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum NLRP3 level and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:A total of 118 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus hospitalizad at the Hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were collected. The type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were divided into 67 patients with NAFLD as the experimental group and 51patients with non-NAFLD as the control group according to abdominal ultrasonography. The serum NLRP3 level were measured by ELISA.T test or?~2 test were used to analyze the differences the measurement index between the two groups. The correlation compare used analysis, and Logistic regression was used to explore the risk factors of NAFLD.Results:1.The measurement index, such as BMI,the serum levels of FPG,fasting c-peptide,HOMA-IR,TG,GGT,AST,ALT,UA,WBC,NLRP3 were obviously in patients with NAFLD,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.NLRP3was positively correlated with BMI,HOMA-IR,FPG,fasting c-peptide,fasting insulin,TC,TG,GGT,AST,UA and WBC(P<0.05).3.Logistic regression analysis indicated that TG,AST and NLRP3 were risk factors in T2DM with NAFLD.Conclusion:Serum levels of NLRP3 were significantly increased in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied by nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.High NLRP3 level may be closely related to the occurrence of NAFLD in type 2 diabetes.
