Objective:This study investigated the efficacy of different pulse low-frequency(1 Hz)repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in the treatment of non-fluent aphasia after stroke in terms of self-speech,listening comprehension, retelling, naming, and aphasia(AQ index).Methods:Twenty-four subjects were randomly assigned to the low-pulse magnetic stimulation group(600 times),the high-pulse magnetic stimulation group(1200times),and the control group. The stimulation positions of the three groups of subjects were all in the mirror area of the right cerebral hemisphere Broca's(the posterior part of the right cerebral hemisphere),the stimulation frequency was 1 Hz,the total number of pulses in the low pulse group was 600 times/day,and the treatment was 5days per week.A total of 4 weeks of treatment, high pulse group treatment of 1200 times / day,5 days a week for a total of 4 weeks, the control group only gave false stimulation.Three groups of patients underwent two Western aphasia tests before and after the experiment. Results:The AQ index, naming and retelling of the high-pulse group were significantly improved compared with the pre-treatment,and the high-pulse group was superior to the control group and the low-pulse group in the AQ index, naming, retelling and self-speech.There was no statistically significant difference in the progress of the WAB scale between the control group and the control group.Conclusion:Low-frequency rTMS(1200 pules)can improve the naming, retelling and self-speech of aphasia patients after stroke. The low-frequency rTMS can promote the recovery of language function in the naming, retelling and self-speech of the subject through the neurological regulation of the contralateral Broca's mirror area.It was confirmed that the degree of recovery of language function was correlated with the number of treatment pulses of rTMS.High pulse low frequency rTMS was superior to low pulse rTMS and blank control group.
