Application Value Of Coagulation Indicators, Inflammatory Factors And CA125 In Diagnosis And Clinical Stages Of Endometriosis

Objective: To explore the application value of coagulation indicators,inflammatory factors and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in diagnosis and clinical stages of endometriosis.Methods:150 cases of patients with endometriosis were enrolled in endometriosis group,while 100 cases of patients with benign ovarian cyst were enrolled in control group.The prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB),D-Dimer(D-D),neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and CA125 between two groups were compared.The patients in endometriosis group were divided into ?-? stage group and ?-? stage group according to clinical stage,and the levels of above indicators were observed.The correlation between blood indicators and clinical stage was evaluated,while the application value of related indicators in diagnosis of endometriosis was evaluated by drawing receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC).Results: The levels of FIB and CA125 in endometriosis group were obviously higher than in control group(P<0.01).The levels of FIB and CA125 in ?-? stage group were obviously higher than in ?-? stage group(P<0.01).The levels of FIB and CA125 were positively correlated with clinical stage(P<0.01).The sensitivity of combined detection with FIBand CA125 was higher than detection alone,while the specificity was similar.Conclusion:Hypercoagulable state may exist in patients with endometriosis.The levels of FIB and CA125 were positively correlated with severity of illness.Compared with detection alone,the combined detection may have higher application value in diagnosis of endometriosis.
