Objective: To summarize the clinical data of 35 patients with pathological diagnosis of cervical small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma,to further understand the clinical and pathological features of cervical small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and clinical treatment of the disease. Methods: Review the clinical and pathological data of patients with cervical small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma from July 2008 to January 2019,who were diagnosed as the Shengjing Hospital or the first hospital affiliated to China Medical University Results: The average age of onset in 35 patients was 44.6 years, with a median age of47 years. The youngest is 26 years old and the oldest is 79 years old. There were 9cases after menopause and 25 cases without menopause. The main clinical manifestations are irregular vaginal bleeding and contact bleeding.Only 11 patients(31%)underwent cervical liquid-based cytology before operation,4 of whom were diagnosed with NILM,and the rate of missed diagnosis was higher. The high-risk subtype HPV positive rate was 100%.Preoperative biopsy accuracy was 52.0%.Ultrasound is mainly hypoechoic, most of which can detect hemorrhagic flow signals.CT is mainly characterized by enlarged or slightly thicker cervix, and uneven enhancement is seen in enhanced scanning. The main treatment is surgery, and the extensive uterus resection and pelvic lymphadenectomy are the basic procedures. Conclusions: Cervical small cell neuroendocrine cancer preoperative TCT missed diagnosis rate is higher, and HPV detection rate is higher,HPV in the screening of cervical small cell neuroendocrine cancer results are more credible;TCT combined with HPV assessment, active colposcopy and cervical biopsy, can improve the early diagnosis rate of cervical small cell neuroendocrine cancer. The Sensitivity and specificity of PET-CT is superior to CT in the diagnosis of pelvic lymph node metastasis.Postoperative pathology confirmed the incidence of attachment metastasis and para-aortic lymph node metastasis is very low,so in the choice of surgical scope, whether the para-aortic lymph node dissection can be considered, whether it is possible to retain more attachments for older patients is worth collecting more cases explore.
