Objective: The relationship between SIgE and TIgE,eosinophils, pulmonary fu nction, severity of attack, length of hospitalization and intravenous hormones in patients with fungal allergic asthma was analyzed retrospectively. The correlati on between SIgE and TIgE,eosinophils,FVC,FEV1(%)and FEV1/FVC was also studied. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on 52 positive and 204 negative patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma treated in the respiratory depart ment of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from Januar y 2012 to December 2016.The differences of total IgE antibody, eosinophil co unt, pulmonary function and severity of acute attack between the two groups were compared. The correlation between SIgE and TIgE,eosinophils,FE1/FVC,FVC and FEV1(%)was analyzed.Result: There was no significant correlation between fungal SIgE and TIgE ant ibody, eosinophil count and FEV1/FVC in the two groups(P=0.83,P=0.22,P=0.08).Fungal SIgE was significantly correlated with FVC and FEV1(%)(P=0.004,P=0.022).There was no significant difference in general data of gender,a ge and weight between the two groups. The severity of fungal allergic asthma was more severe in the two groups(P=0.01).There was a significant differenc e in age(p=0.04).There was a significant difference between the two groups using intravenous hormones and antifungal drugs(P=0.04,P=0.018).Conclusion: Fungus-sensitized asthma is related to family history. The onset age of fungal asthma is earlier, the condition is heavier, the length of hospitalization is longer, and intravenous hormone therapy is more needed.Fungal SIgE and fungal TIgE are negatively correlated with FVC and FEV1(%).That is,the higher the fungal SIgE,the lower the FVC and FEV1(%).
