Objective : To explore the clinical effects of Tocilizumab the treatment of the moderate severe Rheumatoid arthritis,and provide references for clinical rational drug use.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 30 patients with moderate or severe rheumatoid arthritis treated with Tocilizuma from January 1,2016 to August 1,2018,and 20 patients with moderate or severe rheumatoid arthritistreated with DMARDs from January 1,2016 to August 1,2018 at the Rheumatoid arthritis Department in our hospital.Patients' clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory tests(such as blood routine examination?25-OH ViTD?D-dimer?SJC?TJC)before and after treatment were observed and compared to study the efficacy and safety of Tocilizumab.Results : Compared with the control group,the DAS28,Hb,WBC and DD were improved significantly(p < 0.0001),Hb increased significantly(p < 0.05),WBC decreased significantly(p < 0.05)and DD decreased significantly(p < 0.05)in the Tocilizumab group.In Tocilizumab group,after treatment,Hb?25-OH ViTD rised,PLT ? WBC and D-dimer decreased,and disease activity were significantly improved.In local injections of reaction in patients with a total of 30 patients in 1 case,which can disappear automatically whin 2 days.Two abnormal liver enzymes occurred,and the reexamination was normal after discontinuation.Does not appear serious infections,tumour,gastrointestinal symptoms and adverse reactions such as ischemic attack or stroke.Conclusion : Tocilizumab effectively improve inflammation of the patients with moderate severe rheumatoid,improve anemia,improve 25-OH ViTD deficiency,reduce PLT and WBC,improve D-dimer,and improve patients clinical symptoms and prognosis.
