Objective: This study was to investigate the relationship between the blood glucose index of 75 g oral glucose tolerance test(75g OGTT)and pregnancy outcome at different time points, and to provide a theoretical basis for the stratified manage ment of maternal gestational diabetes. Methods: A total of 403 pregnant women who performed a 75 gOGTT at 24-28 g estational weeks received prenatal examination and delivered in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, from October,2012 to June 2016.Pregnant women were divided into three groups: group A was pregnant women with one abnormal blood glucose of 75 g OGTT result(group A1:fasting glucose abnormal;g roup A2:1 hour glucose abnormal;group A3:2 hour glucose abnormal),group B was pregnant women with two abnormal blood glucose of 75 gOGTT result(group B1:fasting glucose,1 hour glucose abnormal;group B2: fasting glucose,2 hour glucose abnormal;group B3: 1 hour glucose abnormal,2 hour glucose abnormal),and three abnormal blood glucose of 75 gOGTT result were in group C.Retrospective analysis of general information and pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women. Results: There was a significant difference between A,B and C groups of pregnant women with hypothyroidism, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, cesarean section and newborns in body mass index, chest circumference, macrosomia, preterm birth,Neonatal Intensive Care Unit(P<0.05).The newborns in body mass index, chest circumference, fetal distress rate and pregnant women cesarean section rate of the A2 group were significantly higher than those of the A1 and A3 groups(P<0.05).The incidence of macrosomia and cesarean section in group B3 was lower than that in group B1 and B2(P<0.05).Conclusions: When three time blood glucose of 75 gOGTT are abnormal, the adverse outcomes would increase both in maternal and neonatal. When the blood glucose is abnormal after fasting glucose and 1 or 2 hour glucose abnormal, the incidence of neonatal macrosomia would increase.Compared with fasting glucose and 2 hour glucose abnormal, there is a good correlation between blood glucose and neonatal body mass index at 1 hour after 75 gOGTT.
